• Understand what themes and content will drive coverage and conversations; develop relevant narratives and media pitches.

• Learn about data to craft and implement integrated strategies.

• Work with content and design teams to craft best in class content and media materials.

• Working to foster strong relationships with industry Media and Influencers

• Monitor and track client, competitor, industry, and cultural news and share with team.

• Coordinate logistics for online and virtual events

What you’ll bring

• Ideally 1 to 4 years of working experience in a related role; Client servicing/media relations experience in 4A agency is a plus.

• Native Cantonese speaker and strong written, spoken and comprehension of English.

• Assist in the implementation of branding, marketing and communications related projects;

Key Responsibilities and Activities

1. Leverage and expand strategic relationships with leading global financial, blockchain media, and influential industry KOLs to ensure consistent and impactful coverage.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communications strategies, including press releases, insightful articles, executive interview pitches, and strategic media placements aligned with business objectives.
3. Oversee and manage the company's social media presence and official website, curating timely, insightful, and brand-consistent content to enhance engagement and corporate image.
4. Monitor and analyze public sentiment and media landscape, proactively managing reputational risks by issuing alerts and mitigation strategies.
5. Coordinate high-impact corporate events and internal projects, managing media engagement and overall communication strategies to maximize brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

1. 6+ years experience in corporate communications with an established network among global financial media, blockchain platforms, and top industry influencers.
2. Demonstrated track record in securing high-profile executive interviews, feature articles, and thought leadership placements across international financial and blockchain media channels.
3. Professional experience in institutional financial services (e.g., prime brokerage, institutional crypto, asset management firms) strongly preferred.
4. Exceptional financial writing and editing skills, adept at developing impactful corporate content in both English and Chinese.
5. Proven ability to manage communications across multiple global markets, understanding cultural and regional media nuances.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin required; additional languages are a plus.
