Description of WorkThis position leads, develops, implements, and continuously improves a best-in-class contract & order management function for the region.
Responsibilities Contract Management- Support commercial and contract review and negotiations of major projects.
- Monitor and ensure contractual status and project performance.

- Ensure operational excellence and process optimization in logistics, focusing on compliance, timely delivery, and service quality.

- Lead demand forecasting, planning, and supply processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement strategies and drive tangible results.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
- Set objectives, monitor KPIs, and promote accountability.
- University graduate.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- Experience in SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
- Well-organized, responsible, customer-oriented, and a team leader.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

You will design, develop and implement top performing, distributed multi-asset Order Management Systems. You will work closely with others to design and implement core OMS infrastructure, workflow, pipeline, configuration modules, communication, instrumentation and administration, caching, and real-time distribution. You will enhance automated build and deployment modules to help integrate components into Sales & Trading eco-system, and add enhancements to increase business growth and add execution efficiency.

- Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus and accelerating delivery

- We own several toy brands and collaborate with international toy brands to develop, produce, and distribute a wide range of toys for children worldwide.
- Main Market: US major retailers and international toy brands
- We are looking for ORDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE - with details as follows :
- Follow up incoming sales orders, quotations and sales administrative documents;
- Coordinate, input and administrate sales/purchase orders to centralized ERP system;
- Input detailed sales quotes to centralized ERP system;
- Samples follow up and packing;
- Coordinate with multi-vendors, US sales team and multi-customers.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
- 5+ years merchandising/order processing for US/EU/global markets
- Experience in toys, gift & premium or sundries is preferred;
- Experience in trading or buying offices with multi-customers and multi-vendors is a plus
- Experience focus in order processing / order admin is a big plus
- Ability to independently handle major US/EU retailers’ account;
- Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with suppliers and internal teams
- No trips is required
- 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus

Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- US multinational company
- Toys brand owner
- Hong Kong : trading and sourcing office 150+ members
- We own several toy brands and collaborate with international toy brands to develop, produce, and distribute a wide range of toys for children worldwide.
- Main Market: US major retailers and international toy brands
- We are looking for ORDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE - with details as follows :
- Follow up incoming sales orders, quotations and sales administrative documents;
- Coordinate, input and administrate sales/purchase orders to centralized ERP system;
- Input detailed sales quotes to centralized ERP system;
- Samples follow up and packing;
- Coordinate with multi-vendors, US sales team and multi-customers.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
- 5+ years merchandising/order processing for US/EU/global markets
- Experience in toys, gift & premium or sundries is preferred;
- Experience in trading or buying offices with multi-customers and multi-vendors is a plus
- Experience focus in order processing / order admin is a big plus
- Ability to independently handle major US/EU retailers’ account;
- Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with suppliers and internal teams
- No trips is required
- 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus
- Annual leave : 10 days
- Birthday leave
- Medical and dental insurance
- Group life insurance.

The objective of the position is to facilitate vendor maintenance & development relationships between company and vendors. This position has a key role to deploy the strategy of vendor management team.
What you'll do
• Support deployment of sourcing & vendor management tactic in country offices.
• Support Country Sourcing development including optimization of process & system training, review and guidance.
• Provide on-going training to Country Sourcing for knowledge retention.
• Monitor related system performance & data quality of onboarded vendor profiles to ensure high quality data for performing analysis
• Prepare data analysis when required.
• Support preparation of sourcing related performance report driving vendor pool development.
• Consolidate market information related to sourcing/vendor management from countries
• Participate and support on IT projects deployments when required.
• Support new /ad hoc tasks & projects when required.
What you'll need
• The position requires an academic degree or diploma in purchasing/ business related discipline.
• With experiences of retail business operations, preferably in European organizations.
• Background and experience in Sourcing & Merchandising is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills, work independently, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• A good team player and an individual contributor can work to deadlines, priorities tasks and work well under pressure.
• Good command of written & spoken English is a must and Mandarin skills is a bonus to communicate with Chinese vendors.
• Travel may be required.
