• Support administrative tasks of Tender Boards and committees of the University;
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the University goals;
• Prepare tender reports and vet tender or contract documents;
• Analyse purchasing data and generate reports for management review;
• Responsible for the procurement function transformation by establishing relevant strategies to establish demand planning framework, as well as the sub-category plan through dynamic cost structures;
