Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, quality management or related disciplines
• over 20 years' experience in toys industry and at least 10 years in managerial level
• Have stationed in PRC and Vietnam is preferred
• Have solid proven experience in handling toys projects for well-known brands
• All round knowledge or technical knowhow of process controls in toys manufacturing
• Rich knowledge in global toys safety regulation and standards
• Can communicate with different Departments and vendors
• Strong analytical skill based on factual data
• Good decision making, people management and leadership skill
• Good understanding about social and security requirement for similar compliances.
