QA Manager is responsible for quality control of communications and processes related to the work of the sales department. The primary goal is to ensure that all customer touchpoints meet the companys high standards, including calls, written communication, scripts, materials, and the teams overall presentation. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales Enablement Manager and other departments to continuously improve the customer experience.

Role Description

  • Communication Quality Control: Regular review of calls, messages, and other customer interaction channels to assess compliance with company standards.
  • Script and Materials Analysis: Evaluation of the quality of sales scripts, presentations, and other tools, with recommendations for improvement.
  • Sales Team Presentation Assessment: Review of public speaking, presentations, and interactions with clients at events and meetings to ensure quality.
  • Social Media Audit: Monitoring and analysis of employees' professional social media profiles to maintain the corporate image.
  • Appearance and Conduct Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to appearance standards and professional etiquette at offline events.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports based on audits, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations.
  • Collaboration with Sales Enablement Manager: Working closely to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing communication quality and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QA, quality audit, training, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship principles.
  • Skills in analyzing calls, written communication, and other forms of interaction.
  • Ability to provide actionable recommendations for improving scripts and sales materials.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and quality control tools.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and handle large volumes of data.

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to join our high-performing QA team.

What You'll Do

  • Ensuring that both raw materials and finished products maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Supervising and managing work allocation of the team members to ensure that the resources are well spent.
  • Responsible for overseeing QA training programs and handling customer feedback and complaints
  • Engaging in Quality Management System Implementation.
  • Reviewing process of GMP documents, sampling, and testing of various materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree prefered.
  • Familiar with PIC/s GMP Standard. A PIC/s GMP background would be good, but it is not compulsory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the pharmaceutical industry, factory / MNC, having supervisory experience would be a definite advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes, customer feedback handling, and complaint investigation.
  • Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and other relevant software.
  • Experienced Senior QA Officers and non-Chinese speakers are also welcome to apply.
  • Pharm exp is not a must. Factory / MNC backgrounds are preferred.

As a QA Specialist at 9GAG, you will work as a product team member to build and develop best-in-class web and app products. We are looking for an experienced QA Specialist, equipped with sound knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes to safeguard the quality of our products. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop test cases and scenarios for features and regression tests.

Job Title: Senior QA/Program Manager – Insurance Domain

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional with over 10 years of insurance domain expertise to lead QA and program delivery initiatives across Life, Group, and Health insurance lines. This role demands deep domain knowledge, hands-on experience with key insurance systems, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams and business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA strategy, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and domain-specific compliance and SME responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Domain Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in QA and program delivery within the insurance industry.
  • Proven exposure across Life, Group, and Health insurance lines.
  • Hands-on experience with major Policy Administration Systems such as LifeAsia, L400, GroupAsia, eBaoTech, and Compass.

System & Application Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of back-end insurance applications including: Claims engines, Underwriting systems, Risk assessment platforms, Commission management systems, CRM and pricing tools
  • Exposure to front-end/digital applications such as: Agent portals, Customer self-service platforms, Sales applications, Mobile apps and dashboard reporting tools

Business Engagement:

  • Experience working collaboratively with departments such as: New Business, Claims, Underwriting, Operations, Pricing & Actuarial, Business & Product teams
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance and audit support within an insurance environment.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Minimum 5 years acting as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert (SME) on insurance projects.
  • Strong analytical and domain skills with the ability to bridge business and technology.
  • Proven track record leading QA projects in enterprise environments.
  • Ownership of end-to-end QA lifecycle, including Functional testing, Regression testing, UAT strategy and execution
  • Acted as a single point of contact for senior IT and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing QA metrics, defect trends, and conducting delivery forums such as:
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status Reviews (DSR, WSR, MSR)
  • Risk and issue management sessions

Automation Awareness (Preferred):

  • Basic understanding of automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or Python-based testing.
  • Familiarity with concepts of automation-led UAT acceleration and regression scalability (though not hands-on required).

Position Title: Quality Assurance Tester, Testing Services & Automation

Work Location: Hong Kong / Macau

Position Objective:

AIA Hong Kong is looking for an experienced & passionate Quality Assurance Specialist as key members in oversight the SDLC quality. This position will offer the qualified candidate a great opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and contribute directly to the overall quality of the software product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review application development, project requirements and related documentation, e.g. user requirement specifications / epics / users’ stories, functional specifications / technical stories, testing materials
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Execute the plan and manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all the project objectives are met, and the solution works as expected.
  • Work closely within the project team (PM, UX, Creative and Developers) to identify, investigate, and resolve system problems and process issues.
  • Review project deliverables and artifacts from a testing perspective, and provide feedback, including actively participating in a test plan review with the team.
  • Provide QA consultation services to support internal/external test participants.
  • Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Maintain document template libraries and internal project documentation related to testing, including releases and changes.
  • Work closely with development team & project team to review issues or bug reports.
  • Debug, document, and deliver test automation solutions
  • Provides technical design using automation and performance testing solution
  • Configure and code using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium and python
  • Experience with python is highly preferred
  • Experience in define, review test automation framework to deliver test deliverables with speed.
  • Execute automation scripts and capturing and analyzing test results and raising/tracking defects
  • Maintain and troubleshoot automation scripts
  • Update and maintain existing test automation artefacts
  • Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance
  • Identify testable events and develop the test cases / test scripts.
  • Identify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

Uplift delivery quality by following clear project / platform quality standards, metrics.

Establish and standardize quality tollgates across SDLC and promote quality culture across TDA

Communication Requirements

Internal

Internal (70%)

  • Report to QA Associate Director on overall quality governance and automation test strategy
  • Work with platform teams in Service quality management activities
  • Work with enabling functions to ensure best practice across platform
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience with a strong emphasis on engagement across the breadth of delivery activities, highly effective stakeholder engagement, metrics definition and analysis and communication
  • Excellent knowledge of Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Governance, Test Engineering, and agile concepts
  • Strong knowledge of the SDLC with expertise in process and methodology, specifically in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps environment
  • Strong knowledge of test automation tools and techniques, and current industry-wide quality and test processes and practices
  • Understanding of various testing phases and objectives in a software development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent hands on working experience in managing test plan, test cases, and defects using tools including Jira
  • Able to work independently and in multitasking environment
  • Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments
  • Self-starter, creative thinking, proactive and enthusiastic and a team player
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
