- Support control owners to complete Control Owner Self-assessment ("CSA") and monitor the completion of CSA.
- Provide contribute to improvements in the creation and maintenance of data analysis and methodology.
- Maintain stakeholder network across the business to enable the completion of the Control testing and Quality Assurance plan.
- Support the Director of Governance and Control in communicating the role of assurance across the three lines of defence, and the required capabilities within the first line.
- Complete Bupa training as required, and attend arranged training and information sessions in order to maintain knowledge of regulatory obligations. Individual reading may be required in order to understand the regulatory environment and obligations.
- Other responsibilities as directed by the Director of Governance and Control.
Qualifications, Training and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.

- Collation of all related quality assurance documentations (i.e. lab test summary, inspection/performance summary, CAP etc) and ensure timely report upload
- Generate the required report for evaluation, factory performance and passing rate reports etc. on a timely basis
- Collate and verify data from the evaluation report and provide preliminary summary of findings and conclusion in a timely basis; track all evaluation report record and resolutions
- Assist in defining and verifying corrective action plans (CAP) with related internal parties
- Ensure that corrective measures and documentations adhere to reliability standard and compliance
- Assist in conducting reviews and maintain company's quality evaluation and control system requirements; track metric status set by the R&D Manager
- Assist and provide suggestions on specific lab testing requirements, activities and participate in follow-up/action plan with the help of internal/external parties
- Ensure appropriate escalation to either seniors, management or other supporting teams for the required follow-up or action
- Record and file all data and reports thoroughly
- Assist in ad-hoc activities or projects as tasked by R&D Manager in areas of testing, process flow enhancements etc.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Degree in Science / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a quality assurance related scope, preferably within the consumable/chemical industry
- Relevant experience with internal and product auditing process is preferred
- Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 / Six-Sigma / MBNQA will be an advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills as a team player
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), showcasing strong language and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Access, Power Point, Excel, and Project)
