Responsibilities
- Act as the QA representative on project sites and assist in implementation of ISO9001 Quality Management System
- Support the development and implementation of the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure effectiveness and compliance with relevant requirements
- Prepare and review quality documents, including Method Statements, Inspections and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Maintain and control QMS documentation to ensure proper versioning and accessibility
- Conduct quality surveillance checks to ensure supplied materials and workmanship in compliance with specification requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits of the Quality Management System
- Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) to subcontractors/suppliers and follow up on corrective actions
- Assist in reporting, documenting and tracking quality-related performance metrics

- Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with new tools, techniques, and trends in software testing and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) for test automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and microservices architecture.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
