We are looking for a pragmatic Quality Leader to own and elevate our end-to-end quality and sustainability processes. This is not a desk-only role; we need a manager who is as comfortable deep-diving into a factory production line to solve a stitching issue as they are designing a new supplier audit process. You will be the key technical authority, ensuring our premium outerwear (with a focus on Woven Jackets) not only meets but exceeds the exacting standards of our European clientele.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Drive Quality & Process Excellence:
- Establish, monitor, and enforce company-wide quality standards for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Develop and manage all product test plans, ensuring closed-loop corrective action for any non-conformances.
- Get your hands dirty: Train internal and factory staff on inspection standards and troubleshoot quality issues directly on the production floor.
- Support the Product Development team to maintain quality integrity across all prototypes and sales samples.
Own Supplier & Product Quality:
- Conduct factory audits and manage the annual scorecard process to evaluate and improve vendor performance.
- Oversee the critical path for new products, ensuring a smooth transition from design to production.
- Lead root-cause analysis and resolution for components or products that fail to meet performance requirements.
Champion Sustainability & Compliance:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on sustainability and transparency.
- Manage restricted substance testing and compliance, ensuring all products meet regulatory and brand requirements.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 10 years as a hands-on QA Manager within technical outerwear (woven jackets) for established brands.
- Proven experience building and executing QA documentation and procedures;
- Based in Hong Kong and willing to travel up to 30% to factories in China, Cambodia, and Bangladesh.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with exceptional communication skills.
- A practical problem-solver with deep knowledge of: pattern making, all sewing operations, and outerwear production processes.
Ideal Candidate Strengths:
- Process Guru: You love creating order from chaos and have a keen eye for continuous improvement.
- Strong Influencer: You can train factory workers, advise senior management, and liaise with international clients with equal effectiveness.
- Bridge Between Worlds: You understand both Western business methods and the nuances of Asian manufacturing culture.
What We Offer:
- A key leadership role in an expanding company with clear career prospects.
- The autonomy to truly own and shape the quality and sustainability function.
- Competitive compensation package, medical insurance, and other attractive benefits.
