• Support control owners to complete Control Owner Self-assessment ("CSA") and monitor the completion of CSA.

• Support the Director of Governance and Control in communicating the role of assurance across the three lines of defence, and the required capabilities within the first line.

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in control testing or quality assurance, or telemarketing, sales, customer service, claims, pre-authorisation experience in insurance industry.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects of varying length concurrently.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese with ability to present articulately with appropriate level of gravitas.
• Good presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good data analytical skills.

Overview:

As a QA Engineer based in Hong Kong, you will be expected to demonstrate professional quality assurance standards and practice to the organization. • Relevant experience with internal and product auditing process is preferred
• Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 / Six-Sigma / MBNQA will be an advantage
