Job Description:

• Assist to examine blueprints to create quotes, estimate costs, and set prices
• To negotiate change orders, modifications, and final settlements with clients
• Co-ordinate with operations team to create proposals for specific jobs, coordinating across proposals to meet goals
• Assist on completing take-offs to gather information for bids
• Assist on operating company estimating system to develop bids and estimates
• Assist to identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents
• Assist to resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• To assist in maintains technical proposal for future submission
• Register the tender correspondences
• Consolidate the tender documents
• Assist to prepare the quotation to clients
• Follow the inquiries of the quotation from the clients
• Provide administrative support in the team
• Handle the document controls on tender documents
• Complete other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• A holder of post graduates degree or above in any related disciplines
• Obtained the Quantity Surveying Management Certificates is preferable
• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience is preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC knowledge
• Good collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Willing to learn, well organized, self-motivated and attentive to details

Cost Management (Quantity Surveying)

Assistant Project & Maintenance Manager-Residential Property (Building Surveying) (Ref: VK)

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and enhancement works on building fabric, gondola system and plumbing / drainage facilities in residential properties managed by the Corporation
• Monitor term workers / contractors, conduct site inspection and contract administration which includes undertaking design tasks, preparing tender documents and drawings
