• Lead a team of QS professionals, and will be in charge of the contract administrative functions and commercial aspects of assigned projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in QS or related disciplines, with professional qualification in HKIS / RICS or equivalent;

• Minimum 15 years relevant experience, with experience gained from a main contractor an advantage;

• Excellent knowledge on QS practice, contract administration;

• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills;

• Strong commercial sense, independent working, dynamic thinking;

Job Description:

• Assist to examine blueprints to create quotes, estimate costs, and set prices
• To negotiate change orders, modifications, and final settlements with clients
• Co-ordinate with operations team to create proposals for specific jobs, coordinating across proposals to meet goals

• Compile and amend the tender list
