YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Assist the reservations team in performing daily tasks and responding to guest room enquiries
- Ensure that all guest interactions are at the highest level adhering to both Forbes and IHG True Hospitality standards
- Be knowledgeable of all of the hotel’s products and services
- Respond to guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Regularly communicate with guests to ensure expectations are met
- Assist in delivering the revenue target of the hotel by making upsell and cross sell revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management or related field
- 1+ years’ related experience, including management experience
- Previous experience with OPERA PMS
- Must speak local language, Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Fresh graduate will also be considered

Job SummaryResponsible for maximizing sales opportunities within the hotel, ensuring all queries and bookings are carried out in an accurate and time-effective manner.
Requirements- Holder of Diploma/University degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Relevant work/internship experience at Reservation or Front Office Department gained in sizeable hotels highly preferred
- Team player, pleasant, and attentive to details
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Mandarin an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Opera
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Reservation Sales Agent
