Responsible for maximizing sales opportunities within the hotel, ensuring all queries and bookings are carried out in an accurate and time-effective manner.

• Holder of Diploma/University degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Relevant work/internship experience at Reservation or Front Office Department gained in sizeable hotels highly preferred
• Team player, pleasant, and attentive to details
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Mandarin an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Opera
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Reservation Sales Agent
