As our client's organization continues to evolve toward hybrid work models, the demand for seamless, data-informed workplace experiences is more critical than ever. The Workspace Analytics Manager (WAM) will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights into how workspaces and buildings are utilized—enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient decision-making across Corporate Services (CS).

This role leads the deployment of advanced workspace technologies and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals. The WAM will oversee multiple employee experience-focused initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from planning to implementation and transition to operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Programme Leadership
• Lead the regional rollout of transformation initiatives focused on data capture, analytics, and smart building technologies. Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and values.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison for data and insights across CS functions, workspace teams, and external partners such as IT and Business Intelligence.
• Data Governance & Maturity
• Drive improvements in data quality, structure, and governance. Support the evolution of CS data capabilities across financial, property, and operational dimensions—including business line and legal entity perspectives.
• Technology Deployment & Integration
• Oversee the implementation of new workspace technologies and analytics platforms. Ensure systems are designed to support operational intelligence, planning, and service delivery.
• Analytics Framework Development
• Develop a robust framework for capturing, analyzing, and presenting data to support dynamic, efficient service delivery. Create dashboards and reports tailored to end-user needs and monitor usage to drive continuous improvement.
• Change & Benefits Realization
• Ensure smooth transition of projects into business-as-usual operations, with a focus on maximizing the value of data-driven decision-making and technology adoption.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Corporate Services, IT, and operational teams. Maintain alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Current State Assessment & Future Planning
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing data landscapes and systems. Provide recommendations for future-state solutions that enhance user experience and operational outcomes.
• Reporting & Insight Generation
• Produce regular reports with actionable recommendations based on trends and outputs from workplace technology systems. Support strategic decision-making across CS functions.
• Success in This Role Requires

• 1-2 years’ professional experience in investment or real estate related fields
• Proficiency in preparing financial models and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Putonghua is a must. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with real estate investment fundamentals, would be beneficial.
• Must have the legal right (e.g., valid visa, work permit, or permanent residency) to work in Hong Kong.
• Willingness to travel.

• Work closely with the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Finance and Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) teams on all aspects of the Core+ business
• Maintain fund models and conduct scenario analyses on portfolio allocation, returns and liquidity
• Monitor investment activity and portfolio performance in conjunction with Acquisitions and Asset Management teams
• Actively support analytics around balance sheet and hedging
• Prepare internal presentations and reports (e.g. quarterly updates, annual strategy sessions, annual asset reviews)
• Assist with quarterly reporting to LPs as well as preparation of investor materials in conjunction with the ICS team

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with strong academic record
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-oriented
