Position : Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Report to General Manager
• Handle leasing & renewals for office properties
• Liaise with agents, tenants & prospects
• Collect market data for strategy
• Support sales & marketing to boost occupancy
  
  

• Degree holder
• 2+ yrs in leasing role preferably landlord side
• Office building experience highly preferred
• Sales-driven & strategic thinker
• Strong customer service & networking
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
• Skilled in MS Office & Chinese typing

THE COMPANY :

• We are a property owner and investor focused on office buildings in Hong Kong
• Our portfolio includes grade A office buildings and multiple office premises in Hong Kong.
• We are seeking LEASING MANAGER - with details as follows :
  

• Report directly to the General Manager.
• Perform comprehensive leasing activities for Company-owned properties, focusing on office buildings
• Handle new lettings and tenancy renewal of the Group’s property portfolio including tenancy administration, liaise and negotiate with agents, potential clients and tenants;
• Collect market intelligence for management review and decision making
• Participate in formulating and implementing sales & marketing strategies to drive occupancy rate
• Degree holder
• 4+ years relevant experience in property leasing, tenancy administration or property management; including office buildings
• Sales oriented and results-driven character with strategic mindset to drive occupancy rate
• Good customer service skill to build and enhance relationship with potential tenants
• Strong networking ability to build connection with potential tenants or channels
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• 5 days work
