Join JPMorgan Asset Management's Global Real Estate team in Asia Pacific as a Managing Director in Portfolio Management. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic investment decisions and create value for clients through proactive asset management and capital raising efforts.
As a Portfolio Manager in the Real Estate Asia Pacific team, you will lead and actively participate in portfolio management efforts for various private direct real estate strategies. Your responsibilities include reviewing investment opportunities sourced by the acquisitions team, overseeing activities of the asset management team to create investment value, and assessing the disposition of investments to achieve strategic risk/reward outcomes. You will collaborate with senior investment, research and strategy, and product development teams to formulate and launch strategies/funds, and participate in investment review committees responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, financing/refinancing, major investment decisions, and asset strategy reviews.
This senior role also involves interfacing directly with prospective and existing clients, client advisors, client portfolio managers, sales and relationship management teams to assist in capital raising and relationship management with institutional investors, intermediaries, and private wealth clients.
Job Responsibilities- Develop strategies and execution plans aligned with client mandates and fund guidelines.
- Assist in developing strategy/fund documentation, including private placement memoranda, partnership agreements, and investment advisory agreements; execute capital raising plans.
- Evaluate and oversee acquisitions, asset management, development, and disposition activities, including sustainability integration, to meet client/fund objectives.
- Review and recommend multi-year portfolio strategies, including hold/sell decisions.
- Manage liquidity requirements, distributions, reserves, and funding sources.
- Manage investment risks including exposure, concentration, counterparty, tenant, leasing, credit, interest rate, foreign currency, and political risks.
- Review annual business plans, leasing, capital, and operating budgets.
- Support capital raising through engagement with clients, consultants, and relationship managers throughout the process.
- Review and communicate portfolio performance and updates to clients and internal teams.
- At least 15 years of institutional real estate acquisitions and asset/portfolio management experience across sectors like living, industrial/logistics, office, retail, and hotels, with a strong track record in value-add/opportunistic strategies.
- Minimum of 10 years investing in key Asia Pacific real estate markets.
- Experience working with internal transaction teams, joint venture partners, operators, and third-party service providers.
- Proven success in capital raising from global institutional investors and private channels.
- Strong analytical, investment judgment, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to train and develop junior team members.
- Thorough understanding of real estate investment structures.
- Fluency in Japanese and Korean is a plus.
Location: Hong Kong or Singapore preferred. Extensive travel within Asia Pacific required.

- Engage in Colliers’ Asia Pacific Capital Markets’ sales plans and objectives.

- 2+ years’ experience in Real Estate valuation in Hong Kong.
- University degree holder with major in Surveying or Real Estate preferred.

As an Executive Assistant within the Asset Management business, you will be responsible for managing your stakeholder diary and everyday needs, effectively and proactively prioritizing to ensure the team is able to seamlessly serve the needs of their clients. You will require minimal direction whilst utilizing your strong attention to detail to navigate the support for the group. You’ll be reliable and motivated, whilst demonstrating a high level of teamwork and flexibility, together with your strong problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and EQ.
You will be a strong communicator across both written and verbal skills. You will be managing a multitude of responsibilities, people and timeframes, whilst being adept across systems, policies and procedures, in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complex and detailed diaries across multiple time zones
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage the coordination and logistics of all meetings
- Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel, whilst maintaining T&E policies
- Process invoices and T&E expense claims for team members. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures
- Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance of any issues or delays
- Work cooperatively with other Executive Assistants across the group, in positive partnership to support each other to work as a team
- Lead and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested
- Coordinate events
- Minimum 8 years working as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent)
- Advanced ability to organize
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
- Business/Secretarial College diploma or equivalent

We are seeking highly motivated and intellectually curious individuals to join our Asset Management team as Research Analysts . If you have a passion for markets, investment research, and data-driven decision-making, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct fundamental and/or quantitative research across asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives, etc.)
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company financials
- Assist in building investment models, forecasts, and valuation analyses
- Prepare research reports and present findings to portfolio managers and investment committees
- Monitor existing investments and update investment theses as needed
- Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, risk teams, and operations
- 1–3 years of experience in investment research, equity research, asset management, or related fields (strong graduates also considered)
- Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and market dynamics
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Python or Bloomberg a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; CFA candidate or holder is a plus
- Work closely with experienced investment professionals
- Exposure to real investment decision-making processes

What you need to do:
- Manage the debt collection team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Design and implement digitalized notification measures for delinquent accounts and problematic clients.
- Handle debt collector case assignments, legal proceedings, and recovery management processes.
- Collaborate with outside collection agencies (OCAs) to streamline debt recovery efforts.
- Review and analyze loan quality, providing detailed reports to the management team.
- Develop loan restructuring proposals and assess the credit risk associated with problematic accounts.
- Assist in inspections and monitor the sale of collateral assets to optimize recovery strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the financing field
- Degree or above in Credit Risk Management, Statistics or related disciplines
- Knowledge in freight and logistics practices would be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent and detail-minded
- Proactive, innovative, and a good team player and leader
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Able to work independently and manage a team
- Willing to travel
- Immediate availability is a plus
