Job DescriptionReporting to the Managing Director & Head of Real Estate Investments Asia Pacific, the Analyst/ Associate is accountable for assisting the Real Estate Investment team which includes the Directors and Portfolio Managers in the identification, selection, evaluation, and ongoing management of relationships and Real Estate Investments across the Asia Pacific region.

As a Strategy Real Estate Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the strategic planning and data-driven decision-making processes of our clients' brokerage team. Your role will involve a combination of market intelligence, data management, and analytical reporting. Our clients are a leading real estate group.
Key responsibilities include:
Market Monitoring & Intelligence
Stay up-to-date with the latest property market transactions, trends, and developments.
- Regularly update internal databases with new stock and transaction information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Transaction Analysis
Conduct detailed analysis of property transactions, including pricing, lease terms, and market positioning.
- Identify patterns and insights that can inform client strategies and internal planning.
Database Management
Maintain and enhance databases of landlords, tenants, and property listings.
- Ensure data integrity and optimize the use of databases for strategic planning and client servicing.
Research & Reporting
Perform comprehensive market research across various sectors and geographies.
- Analyze competitive landscapes, demand-supply dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
Educational Background
A bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with academic or professional exposure to real estate, business, economics, or data analytics.
Professional Experience
At least 2 years of working experience, ideally in the real estate industry or a related analytical role.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills may also be considered.
Technical Proficiency
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Proficiency in Chinese word processing is required.
Language Skills
Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients across language barriers.
