Job Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of business operations, responsible for sorting out the accounts of various business modules of the company, according to the requirements of accounting standards, to formulate the rules of account processing, to provide support for financial reporting and disclosure work.
- From the accounting point of view, coordinating with various business departments/internal business to sort out the source, path and usage scenarios of various financial data flows, organizing technical and financial resources to complete the centralized management of financial data
- Participate in the evaluation of financial data in the company’s daily operational decision making and support the company’s business decision making.
- If necessary, can be financial internal rotation, familiar with the overall account processing and report preparation, listing audit
- Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external audit matters, and make suggestions for streamlining.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, auditing and other related fields.
- 3 years of working experience, working experience in an accounting firm/financial technology company is preferred. Experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms is highly preferred.
- Proficient in English, good English reading and writing skills.
- Able to independently conduct financial data analysis, report writing, with big data analysis skills is preferred.
- Agile thinking, strong resistance to pressure, good communication, strong learning ability, work seriously and carefully, and actively respond to the work of various changes.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is preferred, willing to plough into the industry.

- Familiarity with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and local GAAP.
- Experience managing service delivery and working with Shared Service Centres is preferred.
- Experience in professional firms is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience preparing FRR returns for SFC-licensed firms is preferred.
- Experience with SPV and corporate fund accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is an advantage.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Financial Accounting & Tax . Reporting to the Manager, Financial Accounting & Tax Services, Fund Clients, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts and bookkeeping for clients including but not limited to review of accounting entries, journals, financial statements and bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for treasury & payment administration from review of payment instruction, Fund Movement Statement to dispatching payment instruction.
- Provide monthly payroll service to clients such as review of monthly payroll calculation, tax returns, MPF contribution and payment arrangement.
- Assist the team to achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department.
- Review working papers prepared by subordinates and support manager in clients’ service delivery.
- Being the coach in providing support to subordinates and monitor their performance.
- Setup of accounting system and workflow for new clients
- Prepare various reports to fulfil clients’ business objective.
- Liaise with clients on accounting issues.
- Satisfy any other specific requirements of clients.
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisors / seniors
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant disciplines
- HKICPA members or equivalent for other association including CAANZ, ACA, ACCA and CIMA
- At least 3 years’ accounting and tax experience

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Accounting & Tax Services, Funds, this full-time, permanent position is based in Hong Kong and offers a chance to significantly impact our growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts and bookkeeping for clients, including preparation and review of accounting entries, journals, financial statements, and bank reconciliations.

- Support the team in achieving departmental business and financial goals.
- Review work prepared by the Global Shared Service Centre (GSC) and support client service delivery.
- Coach and monitor GSC team performance.
- Set up accounting systems and workflows for new clients.
- Prepare and review reports to meet clients' business objectives.
- Communicate with clients regarding accounting issues.
- Coordinate with auditors and external parties such as bankers and the Inland Revenue Department.
- Address any other specific client requirements.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant fields.
- Registered Student or Member of HKICPA or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or audit.
- Hands-on experience with full sets of accounts and strong accounting principles knowledge.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and local GAAP.
- Experience managing service delivery and working with Shared Service Centres is preferred.
- Experience in professional firms is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience preparing FRR returns for SFC-licensed firms is preferred.
- Experience with SPV and corporate fund accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
