Job Description:

1. Perform month-end financial closing activities, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and transaction verification;

2. Provide financial treatment recommendations for business or operational matters;

3. Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements for entities within scope of responsibility;

4. Support financial audits in compliance with local regulatory requirements;

5. Assist in validating and importing opening balances during system migration;

6. Test system functionalities (e.g., posting, reporting, currency conversion, elimination entries for consolidation);

7. Execute other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance; CPA certification preferred;

2. Minimum 5 years of financial accounting experience; consolidation reporting experience highly valued;

3. Proficient in accounting standards including financial instruments and foreign currency transactions;

4. Advanced proficiency in financial reporting systems; Yonyou ERP experience advantageous;

5. Strong independent working ability, learning agility, and communication skills;

6. Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken Mandarin).

3、熟悉會計準則、稅務法規和財務內控流程,瞭解文化演出行業特點及業務模式;

4、邏輯清晰,具備較強的數據分析能力和業務洞察力,能深入挖掘財務背後的業務動因;

5、責任心強,作風嚴謹,具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協作意識;

6、熟練使用MS Office辦公軟體及MYOB等財務系統,具備較強的Excel數據處理能力

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the financial reporting working procedure, as well as the Financial Accounting and Reporting Policies;
• Act as primary source of advice for Financial Accounting and Reporting queries;
• Manage the preparation of financial reports on all periodic bases；
• Manage the review of statutory financial statements;
• Drive projects, provide finance guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues;
• Supervise and assist in the training and development of the financial reporting team;
• 7+ years of finance experience or at least 3 years’ experience in financial or regulatory reporting；
• E-commerce background, including working in a high-volume payment processing environment；
• Excellent understanding of IFRS reporting requirements；
• Experience working in financial reporting from a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred；
• Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills；
• Strong intellect and analytical skills；
• Be able to work with a fast paced start-up.
