Reporting to the Senior Programme Officer or his/her representatives, the appointee will:

l   Assist in organizing and facilitating activities and events for seniors.

l   Help with setup and cleanup of events and activities.

l   Engage with seniors to promote social interaction and participation.

l   Collaborate with Senior Programme Officer and the service team to maintain daily project operations.

Academic degree:

l  Preferably possesses a sub-degree or above, majoring in physical education, exercise science, sports science, public health or relevant disciplines

Working experience:

l   1-year solid experience in non-governmental organizations, clubhouse, funding bodies, or relevant companies is preferable.

l   Experience working with elderly populations is preferable.

All candidates are expected to have:

l   Proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken);

l   Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset;

l   Strong commitment and dedication to the assigned duties;

l   Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, including Chinese word processing;

l   Sexual conviction record clearance;

l   Basic knowledge of research execution would be an advantage;

l   On-site assistance to provide fitness services in kindergartens required, and

l   Willingness to work outdoors and with flexible hours.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily operations of recreation facilities, including swimming pool, gym, tennis, multi court & playrooms.
• Respond to Guest's inquiries and concerns & deliver quality guest service especially guest interaction.
• Explore and organize new activities for playroom & festival activities.
• Responsible for cash handling at playroom.
• Conduct special events (e.g. birthday party) and team building activities for corporate guests.
• Perform cleaning duties (e.g. pool furniture, game equipment, etc) in the hotel recreation areas.

Basic Qualifications :
