Job Description

• Involved in the general operations of the Recreation Department
• Answer members’ enquiries regarding recreation facilities of the Club
• Liaise with coaches for venue bookings and arrangements
• Ensure sports facilities are well-prepared and properly set up
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the Club
  

• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Interest in sport & recreation
• Friendly and courteous
• Detail-minded and organized
• Physically fit and high energy
• Fresh graduates are welcomed

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist in daily operations to ensure sport programmes run smoothly.
2. Assist in sundeck operations and control to provide customer services.
3. Assist in administrative work and ensure equipment is well maintained at all times.
4. Communicate with programme participants to ensure announcements are delivered effectively.
5. Handle stock inventory and reporting.
6. Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Secondary School or above.
• Proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese; elementary Mandarin preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, willing to learn, and a good team player.

• Shift work required, including weekends and public holidays (working hours: 48 hrs/week).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Successful candidates must undertake Sexual Conviction Record Check.
