- Liaise with internal departments and School HR to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Organize logistics for HR meetings, training, and events.
Others
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Support HRIS audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Person Specifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience; exposure to PRC practices is an absolute advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of HR Officer.
- Basic understanding of Hong Kong and China labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Overview
Assists the Assistant Human Resources Manager and responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions in the hotel including but not limited to training, recruitment, employee relations, recreation & management of team members’ facilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, time and attendance management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update personnel records and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage payroll processing and related payments, including casual labor payroll.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with employment laws.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Preferred strong proficiency in data handling and HRIS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HR hospitality industry.
- Mature, tactful, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including conducting professional interviews, offering processes, orientation, and onboarding arrangements.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
- Assist with overall administrative duties and general office administration.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or related fields; experience in the IT industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated, positive, well-organized, independent, and a good team player.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, employment ordinances, and related legal regulations in HK.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Chinese.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior HR Officer role.
Location: Hong Kong Science Park
Hours: 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday (Lunch 13:45 – 15:00)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of work experience in human resources. The HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Daily Duties
- Coordinate with vendors for HR-related services, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and employee benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and coordinating logistics with vendors.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing accurate information and support.
- Participate in performance management processes by assisting with evaluations, feedback collection, and documentation.
- Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building exercises.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as recruitment statistics, employee turnover, and training participation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in HR is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Mature, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
