Job Description
As the Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee revenue and profit management, drive sell-through and inventory optimization, and lead strategic account management. You will identify growth opportunities, implement go-to-market strategies, and manage product launches in collaboration with internal teams. Your role includes sales forecasting, planning, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and budgets. You will also manage distributor relationships, support warehousing operations in Hong Kong, and ensure top-tier customer service across the region.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and bring at least 10 years of sales experience within sanitary ware product industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. A strong track record of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners is essential, along with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The role demands an open-minded, proactive individual with a strong team spirit, capable of working under pressure and self-motivated to deliver results. A strategic thinker with a keen business sense, the candidate should be ambitious, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating undefined territories. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. The position also requires frequent travel across the Asia region.

- We provide full-service design and build firm specializing in furniture, fixtures, stainless steel, and millwork solutions for the hospitality, restaurant, and retail industries
- Factories : China & SE Asia
- Projects in : APAC
- We are looking for REGIONAL SALES & OPERATION MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Sales : formulate & implement sales strategies and action plans for APAC market; and
- Supply Chain : source, develop & enhance vendor partners for supply chain; and
- Operations : lead operations team to ensure meet corporate objectives
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans. This will involve working closely with colleagues, clients and their teams to ensure service strategies meet and exceed the demands of customers.
- Create commercial opportunities to increase Company income on products and services. Develop business relationships with both existing and potentially new clients.
- Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead in constructing robust and successful business proposals that secure new contracts and long term client relationships
- Help establish sourcing and supply chain solutions to meet client needs.
- Select vendors and own the relationship, developing long term strategic partnerships.
- Develop our regional and global sourcing footprint to deliver on clients’ expectations.
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operations.
- Act as a coordinator between all quality functions (in house operations, engineering and QC, as well as with suppliers and third party service providers such as laboratories and QC companies) in a global international context.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing operations team of 8-10 members that meets objectives, and which delivers best practice results, strong added value and consistently excellent results.
- Frequent travelling is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar role with a successful track record operating sophisticated supply chains.
- Able to produce high quality sales strategies and performance metrics.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level.
- Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player.
- Profound understanding of global markets and varying requirements for our products and services, with a special focus on APAC
- Experience in managing projects and unifying multiple functions into one direction.
- Ideally, the successful candidate has established contacts and relationships with existing and potential customers and supply partners.
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus

Principal Responsibilities
- Lead a team to devise holistic sales and business strategies to grow the insurance business for the various channels and monitor their effectiveness in achieving Insurance AOP targets
- Design and revamp customer and product propositions to meet customer's demand and achieve the strategic business goals
- Monitor market data and develop market share analysis to understand our strengths and challenges
- Responsible for Providing meaningful report and financial analysis to senior management
- Perform analytical work of business growth opportunities including information gathering, report writing and feedback communication
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Proven experience in the Sales Strategy, Analytics and Planning, preferably with exposure to the banking industry
- Details oriented with creative mindset, Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
- Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication, analytical and project management skills as well as sound knowledge of application software
- Excellent ability to gather data, visualize, connect the dots and storytelling
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
