What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Act as a key driver and gatekeeper for boutique displays, ensuring display tool standards and product zoning through routine Yoobic checks, analyzing data to improve collaboration between regional and market teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail operations to optimize monthly editing displays. Analyze the impact of zoning on sales, strategize VM approaches with each team, develop methods to increase VM's contribution to sales, and establish KPI measurement.
- Monitor Institutional VM display tool stock and budget. Adjust VM display tool stock and budget in coordination with market VM and relevant departments.
- Conduct monthly reviews and adjustments on market proposals and VM guidelines with key departments such as marketing and merchandising. Foster regional synergy and provide ongoing feedback to HQ regarding improvements and market-specific requests.
Community Engagement & Communication Excellence
- Manage the APA VM community, fostering strong relationships with markets and cross-functional departments. Lead the planning and implementation of training programs to enhance VM skills and capabilities.
- Share monthly VM practices and compile competitive analyses with actionable proposals on current market trends. Produce a quarterly report for the Marcom Newsletter to ensure effective communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of each market's culture, marketing, and retail strategies by organizing monthly meetings to facilitate communication and alignment, ensuring effective collaboration with local and global teams across departments.

Retail Management Trainee Program (18 months)

This role is responsible for store visual merchandising.
What you’ll be doing?
- Formulate and implement effective visual merchandising strategies and guidelines that align with various campaigns and organizational objectives for all retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau
- Manage VM display for retail promotion, ad hoc promotion, new product launch, new store openings, store renovation and Expo
- Responsible for the graphic design of POP and show window, not limited to tent card, bunting, back card, lightbox, promotional tag, display props, shop TV, price tag, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-function teams and external designers / production house for production and implementation of retail shop VM
- Oversee of all design production processes from concept to output delivery
- Source and supervise the shop display materials and fixture at cost-effective basis
- Support photo shooting of different kinds of TCM products
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- Higher Diploma holder in Design or related disciplines
- Good knowledge in design, with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in VM, ideally from MNC or FMCG industry, experience in advertising agencies will also be considered
- Proficiency in design software (AI & Photoshop) and MS Office is a must
- Experience in budget management
- Self-motivated and can work independently, multi-tasking with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and able to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to details, innovative with artistic and market sense
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Visual Merchandiser
Work location: Tsim Sha Tsui

- Collaborate with cross-function teams and external designers / production house for production and implementation of retail shop VM
- Oversee of all design production processes from concept to output delivery
- Source and supervise the shop display materials and fixture at cost-effective basis
- Support photo shooting of different kinds of TCM products
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- Higher Diploma holder in Design or related disciplines
- Good knowledge in design, with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in VM, ideally from MNC or FMCG industry, experience in advertising agencies will also be considered
- Proficiency in design software (AI & Photoshop) and MS Office is a must
- Experience in budget management
- Self-motivated and can work independently, multi-tasking with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and able to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to details, innovative with artistic and market sense
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Visual Merchandiser

Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, the incumbent is responsible for
teaching, coaching and training the VM leads of the license and the regional key
account partners to elevate the visual acuity and floorset execution for delivering
revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders across the licensee and
brand and sales-driving VM presentations that enhance the biggest business
opportunities.
- Partner with VM leads of license and key account partners on the creation and
- Identify commercial opportunities; work with the local teams to make
customer shops and interacts with key product categories.
- Manage pre-season floorset planning and execution, and calendarize with stores
- Works with the VM leads of license and key account partners and regional buying
- Oversee floorset mapping process with merchandise leads of license and key
- Establish a thorough knowledge of product assortment and key items. Partner
business opportunities ensuring accurate location plans by store to increase
revenue and profitability.
- Support and partner on developing key store segmentation strategy to be utilized
- Partner with the VM and creative team of license and key account partners on
- Partner with license and key account partner's HQ team for all new store
- Shop the competition and communicate current trends and competitor
account partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners including Creative Services,
needs are addressed.
- Drive innovation and conceptualization of compelling VM techniques to
- Adapt seasonal styling for local aesthetics; work closely with Buying to ensure
- Adapt tools and training to fit the needs of license and key account partners;
- Own and provide training to license and key account partners on visual

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual or related disciplines
- At least 7 years' relevant experience in retail industry
- Strong fashion sense and passion for fashion
- High degree of proficiency in Google and internet applications, and proficiency in
- Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to keep daily communication with various stakeholders in diVerent time
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
