- Take full responsible of projects from the initial tender and quotation stage through to final completion and client handover
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with contractual requirements
- Provide expert technical advice and recommendations for alteration, addition, and improvement (A&A) works
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Lead site meetings and coordinate all on-site activities effectively

Requirements
- Degree or above in Building Services / Construction Management / Engineering or related disciplines

- In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, A&A procedures, and standard contractual documents
- A strong background in design and renovation will be highly regarded
- Able to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor in completing the targeted results in compliance with the Company's policies and statutory ordinances by monitoring work quality of on-site Technician and external contractors, making decisions on variation and final work approval.
- Carry out supervision and quality control of the repair work by the contractors.
- Prepare site investigation reports to monitor the vendor performance.
