Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding service calls, maintenance, and other requests.
- Handle and follow up on customer service calls professionally, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians and contractors to schedule service calls and maintenance jobs.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, updating them on job status and timelines.
ERP System Management:
- Utilize ERP systems to manage job schedules, maintenance reports, and service workflows efficiently.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the ERP system.
- Leverage ERP tools to streamline operations and monitor progress of orders, contracts, and service jobs.
Maintenance and Tender Handling:
- Handle the preparation and submission of maintenance tenders and service contracts.
Clerical and Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the engineering team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle routine clerical duties, including:
o Preparing quotations, order follow-ups, and contract management.
o Maintaining accurate records through filing, data entry, and report preparation.
o Copying and organizing documents as required.
o Handle the preparation and submission of maintenance tenders and service contracts
- Manage the team's WhatsApp account for effective communication and coordination.
- Taken on additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment.
- A team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

SERVICE ENGINEER
Main Duties:
The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. Responsibilities:
· Field service support for Esco products
· Handle all breakdown calls in the earliest response time
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectations
· Prepare field service reports and related documentation.
· Monitors repairs and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair
· Responsible for decisions when to instigate the escalation process in order to resolve a customer concern/issue.
· Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of units promoted
· Provides effective teamwork, building a strong relationship with customer contacts
· Carry out hands-on training for field service organizations internationally when needed
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
