Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop novel machine learning and AI models, with a focus on specification document generation, manufacturing matchmaking, and influencer-brand interactions.
• Prototype AI-based solutions using state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Explore new methodologies, including transformer models, GANs, reinforcement learning, and other advanced algorithms to improve platform intelligence and scalability.
• Publish research findings, white papers, and contribute to the broader AI community through conferences, journals, or open-source contributions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions that can scale across a growing user base.
• Develop and maintain datasets from diverse sources, focusing on influencer content, brand preferences, and manufacturing standards to drive model training and experimentation.

As our Senior DevOps and Cloud Research Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on technical leader who investigates emerging technologies, experiments with new approaches, and designs scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the security, reliability, and future growth of our applications. 1. Research industry enhancements and architect highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure (primarily on AWS).

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
• Web Frameworks: Experience with web frameworks like Django and Flask.
• Databases: Skilled in both relational and NoSQL database technologies (comparable to PostgreSQL and MongoDB).
• Containerization & Orchestration: Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (akin to Docker and Kubernetes).
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).

• Advanced Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles, preferably in AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling Django applications in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in cloud storage, content delivery networks, virtual server environments, web socket technology, and optimizing cloud-based resources for performance and security.
• Experience in code versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
