A new creative Western-Japanese restaurant opening mid-November in Causeway Bay. We are now seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to join our team. Those with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position.

Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠ommunicating with Operation Manager / Restaurant Manager on a day to day basis.

•⁠  oordinate with Operation Manager / Restaurant Manager plans and actions to achieve improved operations, overcome deficiencies, and instigate necessary changes.

•⁠  aily inspection of restaurant and readiness (aisle set-up, dining room set-up) according to standards.

•⁠  andle guest complaints in the most diplomatic manner.

•⁠  wareness of budget and continuous work toward achieving budgeted goals.

•⁠  romote and maintain good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room.

Requirements:

•⁠  -5 years fine dinning / hotel F&B restaurant experience

•⁠  reat conversational skills and teamwork-oriented

•⁠  ositive outlook and outgoing personality

•⁠  mmediate available is highly preferred

A neighbourhood favourite and a flagship for Hong Kong gastronomy that has been open for 13 years in Wanchai and we just relocated. We are a NO service charge restaurant. We open only for dinner during weekdays, lunch + dinner during Saturday & Sunday. Closed every Monday.

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained as per required standards.

• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in F&B Group/ Hotel Restaurant.

• A good command of written and spoken English.
