The Role  

As Head Chef, you will own menu development, lead a motivated kitchen team, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across service. You'll champion food safety, cost control, and supplier relationships while fostering a culture of learning, efficiency, and pride.

What We're Looking For  

- 10+ years' relevant experience in professional kitchens, including 3+ years in a leadership role  

- Proven expertise in pizza making, dough science, pastry  and or sourdough bread making

- Strong people leadership: training, communication, and building positive kitchen culture  

- Solid knowledge of food safety requirements and operational compliance; Valid Hong Kong Food Hygiene Manager certification preferred.

- Creativity with seasonal produce and modern Italian flavors  

- Calm under pressure with excellent organization and problem-solving skills  

- Excellent communication in English; Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage.
