- Be a brand ambassador: Story telling, Build positive brand image through enhancement of service and sales standards;
- Deliver In-store training programs including Coaching Skills, Selling Skills, Quality Services and conduct orientation to the new joiners;
- Develop and conduct professional education programs and CRM programs with manuals & materials to our key stakeholders (i.e., Fashion Advisors, Store Supervisors and Managers) to support the growth of business and sales performance;
- Influence the attitudes and mindsets of the retail teams with a focus on driving sales, developing clientele, meeting and exceeding the client experience objectives of the company;
- Provide regular training calendar and work out monthly field coaching summary and action plans for management's review;
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma in Business Administration, Training or related disciplines;
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in training and development experiences in retail industry;
- Target-oriented, excellent customer services skill and selling skill;
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills;
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- Candidate who is able to work for 4 days per week will be considered as Part Time Training Consultant.
