We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our first store in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities / 工作職責

• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and inquiries 協助顧客挑選飾品及提供造型建議

• Maintain store display and cleanliness 維持店舖整潔與陳列美觀

• Process sales transactions and online orders 處理銷售及網上訂單

• Stay updated on new collections and best-sellers 熟悉新品及暢銷商品

• Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service 達成銷售目標並提供優質服務

Requirements / 職位要求

• Retail or customer service experience preferred 有零售或客戶服務經驗者優先

• Passion for jewelry and fashion 熱愛飾品及時尚

• Able to work weekends and public holidays 可於週末及公眾假期上班

• Proficient in Cantonese & English (Mandarin a plus) 良好粵語及英語溝通能力(懂普通話更佳)

Working hour: 2-3 days per week, 9:00am to 7:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet, direct customers and provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, cross-sell and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services and inform customer about promotion.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked & display
• Provides excellent/outstanding customer service (especially during peak times).  Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards
• Alerts management of potential security issues
• Assists with inventory, including receiving, moving and stocking merchandise

Requirements:

• 1+ year of work experience as a Retail Sales Representative in pet industry or FMCG would be an advantage
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Pet lover & willing to move 10+ kg goods items
• Passionate, Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Computer proficiency in MS office including Excel & Outlook is a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Identify education and training needs and develop annual training plan in HK & Macau to support business growth and drive sales performance;
• Be a brand ambassador: Story telling, Build positive brand image through enhancement of service and sales standards;
• Deliver In-store training programs including Coaching Skills, Selling Skills, Quality Services and conduct orientation to the new joiners;
• Develop and conduct professional education programs and CRM programs with manuals & materials to our key stakeholders (i.e., Fashion Advisors, Store Supervisors and Managers) to support the growth of business and sales performance;
• Influence the attitudes and mindsets of the retail teams with a focus on driving sales, developing clientele, meeting and exceeding the client experience objectives of the company;
• Provide regular training calendar and work out monthly field coaching summary and action plans for management's review;
• Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Business Administration, Training or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in training and sales experiences in retail industry;
• Target-oriented, excellent customer services skill and selling skill;
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills;
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidate who is able to work for 4 days per week will be considered as Part Time Training Consultant.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Zeagull in Kwun Tong District. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail store.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
