Position Summary:

As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to the Hong Kong market. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving market penetration, and supporting sustainable growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategy and integrated marketing plans for the Hong Kong market;
  • Plan and execute online and offline brand promotion activities including social media, advertising, PR events, etc.;
  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer insights to provide actionable recommendations;
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to local needs;
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI, continuously optimizing performance;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, KOLs, agencies, and other partners;
  • Regularly produce market reports and brand health assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in Fintech or technology industries;
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market, culture, media ecosystem, and consumer behaviour;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus);
  • Excellent project management, data analysis, and creative thinking skills;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Google Analytics, or similar tools is preferred.

Purpose of the Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand equity and increase market share.
  2. Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and report on ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  3. Support budget planning and execution of marketing initiatives, event management, and POSM production and management for assigned brands.
  4. Contribute to the development and updating of brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand image and communication in the market.
  5. Conduct market research with research and creative agencies, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and respond effectively to market changes and demands.
  6. Oversee new product development, including product innovation, packaging design, consumer research, and positioning to align with brand strategies.
  7. Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing and Operations teams on ATL, digital marketing, trade promotion, and retail presence to achieve marketing objectives.
  8. Coordinate with advertising agencies, event organizers, business partners, and vendors to maximize brand exposure through various ATL/BTL/social activities and meet business goals within allocated budgets and timelines.
  9. Manage day-to-day operations and provide administrative support to the team.
  10. Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Degree holder of marketing, business or related discipline
  2. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from FMCG industry
  3. High initiative, creative, detail minded with strong sense of ownership of work assigned

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global brand marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives in the fintech sector.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and channels through brand guidelines, approval processes and proactive engagement.
  • Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the stablecoin fintech industry, using insights to create brand positioning and messaging that stands out from the competition.
  • Lead and manage a creative team, guiding the development of innovative marketing materials, including visual content, digital assets, and promotional materials.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure all marketing outputs are on-brand, high-quality, and innovative in creating brand awareness.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts, using a data-driven approach.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the fintech, web3 or SaaS industry. Having both B2B and B2C experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
  • Demonstrated success in executing brand strategies on a global scale.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop creative and innovative marketing campaigns (OOB) that differentiate the brand in a competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools for productivity and cost savings.
  • A data-driven approach to managing budgets, setting priorities and quantitative KPI’s and qualitative brand metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferably multi-lingual.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Purpose of the Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand equity and increase market share.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and report on ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support budget planning and execution of marketing initiatives, event management, and POSM production and management for assigned brands.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand image and communication in the market.
  • Conduct market research with research and creative agencies, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and respond effectively to market changes and demands.
  • Oversee new product development, including product innovation, packaging design, consumer research, and positioning to align with brand strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing and Operations teams on ATL, digital marketing, trade promotion, and retail presence to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, event organizers, business partners, and vendors to maximize brand exposure through various ATL/BTL/social activities and meet business goals within allocated budgets and timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree holder of marketing, business or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from FMCG industry
  • High initiative, creative, detail minded with strong sense of ownership of work assigned
