The Job
1) Plan and organize local/ overseas agency incentive events, including:
- Organize and execute local/ overseas agency events such as Conventions, sales meetings, luncheons and dinners
- Manage program logistics
- Monitor program progress and results
- Handle agency enquiries
- On-site event management (floor, front and backstage, control panel)
- Manage part-time subordinates at events
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes
2) Manage industry awards, including:
- Carry out annual application and database housekeeping
- Handle enrolment of events and ceremonies
- Tickets allocations and distribution
- Corporate message and management message write-up
3) Manage sales promotion merchandise and distribution to agency force, including:
