Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and finance operations of the company
- Handle full set of books and complete month-end closing processes including creation of journal entries in Oracle
- Perform reconciliations including bank and balance sheet on a monthly basis
- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for management of the company and US home office
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Create the journal entries for intercompany transactions in Oracle and intercompany reporting

Requirement
- Possess a university degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Data Statistics
- Preferred 1 to 2 year of experience in financial/accounting field, in particular handling full set of books and inter-company transactions, accounting experience is also preferred.
- Working experience in financial reporting and actual vs forecast/ budget report variance analysis is preferable.
- Familiar with payment processing with e-banking platform would be an advantage (HSBCnet).
- High degree of ethics and integrity.
- Service-oriented attitude to co-operate with all parties.
- Sound communication ability in English and Cantonese.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and common finance software (Oracle & Hyperion) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of creating / modifying formulas (e.g. vlookup, sumif, etc), use of Excel pivot table and basic knowledge of VBA / Microsoft power tools (query, BI) is also highly desirable.
