Experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead with a strong background in the retail fashion industry to lead the desigm, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO, GL, AR, AP, AA, PCA, I) and a solid understanding of retail fashion business processes, including merchandising, inventory, and supply chain finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with retail fashion industry standards (e.g., seasonal inventory, multi-currency, intercompany transactions, and vendor financing).
- Optimize financial processes such as period-end closing, financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost allocation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job description:
The position is responsible for providing system advice and guidance on system implementation and improvements for Finance users to ensure sustainability of financial applications and other related systems in meeting dynamic business changes. The role also provides support to end users and arranges skill transfer to Finance users on systems usage in promoting operational efficiency and improving management information.
Responsibilities
- Work under Finance Department to coordinate finance users with IT/solution provider for systems implementation and enhancements projects
- Bridging between IT/solution provider and Finance users in various tasks during system development life cycle including gathering user requirements, assisting users in the function tests, user acceptance tests, data conversion and user training in preparing for system go-live
- Lead, prioritize projects/enhancements/support and monitor progress on various projects deliverables
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Information Systems/HKICPA Member or equivalent
- 8-10 years' experience in ERP system implementations and support to Finance users in sizable company is a must
- Experience in Oracle EBS and system integrations is highly preferred
- Prior experience in Property Leasing industry would be value added
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools like Cognos, Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage
- Quick learner with strong logical thinking and can-do attitudes
- Self-motivated, strong business acumen, excellent problem solving and organizing skills is required
