Requirements

- SMS and Airworthiness course training
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Familiar with Hong Kong's legal and regulatory framework in industrial safety, environmental protection, occupational health, fire safety, and emergency response.
- Experienced in communication and administrative approval processes with the Fire Services Department, Occupational Safety & Health Council, and Environmental Protection Department.
- Familiar with the compliance permits required at each stage of a manufacturing industry/factory/fabrication.
- Knowledgeable in NFPA, SEMI, and FM standards relevant to semiconductor FABs or the manufacturing industry.

- Detail-oriented, self-driven and able to work with minimal guidance.
- Language proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

The initial employment contract spans 12 months and can be renewed with a longer tenure upon mutual agreement of the incumbent and MRDI. The incumbent will normally work five days a week. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A gratuity of 15% of the salary will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the contract.

- Degree or above qualification in aircraft engineering or any related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience including QA / S work experience, and have sufficient experience in related field such as SMS and Audit function is preferred
- Holder of HKCAD HKAR 66 B1.1 / B.2 / B2* License with Airbus A320 with appropriate engine types is an advantage
- Completed Auditor training course or equivalent
- Possess technical knowledge and professional expertise in Quality Assurance, Continued Airworthiness Monitoring, Safety Management System and Risk Management
- Possess good planning and execution ability to accomplish daily activities / assigned tasks independently
- Good at communication and coordination skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer, Quality Assurance & Safety
