Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Aviation, Logistics, Engineering, Science or related disciplines with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in airport operations, safety or other relevant industries
• Possessing relevant safety qualifications, such as ICAO Airport Safety Professional or HK Registered Safety Officer is an advantage
• Proactive, capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure, a good team player with strong organizational, interpersonal, and fact-based problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and possessing a good knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau is an advantage
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Possessing a valid HK driving license Class 1 is preferred

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Responsible and well organized

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take the responsibility of implementing all elements of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality ("EHSQ") management system in entire business operations especially the engineering activities on construction sites. The primary responsibilities include:

• To manage and supervise all safety issues
• To lead and monitor the safety teams
• To monitor the implementation of Safety Management System in accordance with company EHSQ policy and legislative requirements

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Degree or above in Science / Engineering/ Occupational Safety and Health Environmental Studies or related field
• Registered Safety Officer with HK Labour Department with min. 8 years post-registration experience
• Min. 5 years MTR railway project experience (3 years of which is a senior safety officer or safety manager level in project is preferred)
• Knowledge of Railway systems like Signalling is an advantage
• Registered Safety Auditor with HK Labour Department is an advantage
• Qualified auditor / internal auditor in ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 is an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving, time management and team building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
