The role

We are looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager (hunter sales) based in Hong Kong to support our business expansion in the local market. As our first BDM on the ground, paired with our SDR, you will proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquiring new customers with the ultimate goal of closing deals.

As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will actively reach out to new customers and oversee a pipeline of opportunities. Engaging proactively with C-suite and key account decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, you will contribute directly to our growth story in APAC.

What You Will Do

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers
  • Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition, from prospecting to closing deals (end to end sales)
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in HongKong and constantly developing new opportunities
  • Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy
  • Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals visibility
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to clients

  • Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
  • Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company's revenue

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in a full 360 closing role, within B2B or professional services sector
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to effectively engage with C-Level decision-makers
  • A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
  • Outstanding business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
  • Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and English

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
  • Working in the investment banking or financial institutions before
  • Experience communicating with the C-suite
  • Experience in SaaS and VDR industry

Sales Account Executive APAC Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on in-bound leads from marketing programs and trade shows
  • Identify potential customers and set sales strategies
  • Respond to RFPs
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Get customer feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement
  • Travel if needed to marketing events to assist in trade show booth activities
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrate and communicate the Wordly value proposition
  • Collaborate with Wordly leadership to identify potential marketing assisted sales campaigns to our defined targets and/or verticals
  • Use sales tools like Hubspot to maintain a current and accurate pipeline of deals

Qualifications Required:

  • Located in APAC region
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience qualifying and closing deals
  • Experience selling technology solutions
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office or GSuite (particularly MS Excel/Google Sheets)
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent collaborator with the skills needed to engage across multiple teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) and multiple geographies to drive the outcomes needed to ensure success
  • Professional, executive presence internally and externally.
  • Experience in working with complex technologies

Desirable Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficient with reading and speaking another language in addition to English preferably Korean, Taiwanese, Mandarin or other asian languages.
  • Experience selling AV Equipment/Services or Language Services
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS tech products

Role Overview

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets for Campaign Asia’s subscription business
  • Identify, contact, and convert new prospects across key territories using warm and cold outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subscribers and key accounts
  • Drive growth in corporate subscription packages with regional and global clients
  • Work with marketing and audience teams to analyse reader data and support targeted sales campaigns
  • Help develop ideas and input for marketing initiatives that build the subscription funnel
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance using CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in a subscription or membership-based business
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
  • Excellent telephone manner and confidence in speaking to senior-level professionals
  • Strong organisation, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, and resilient in handling objections
  • Ability to understand and communicate Campaign’s value proposition to marketing industry professionals
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in another Asian language is a strong advantage

Campaign is the essential business intelligence platform for senior marketers, agencies, and media leaders. Through premium editorial content, exclusive analysis, industry rankings, and thought leadership, we inform and connect the region’s most influential marketing professionals.

Role Overview

As a Subscription Sales Account Executive , you will be responsible for generating revenue, managing client relationships, and driving growth of our digital subscription offering. You will work with both new prospects and existing accounts across multiple markets, selling individual and corporate subscription packages to decision-makers in marketing, advertising, media, and communications.

This role combines proactive sales outreach with a data-informed approach to prospecting and conversion. You’ll work closely with editorial, marketing, and audience development teams to support our wider commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets for Campaign Asia’s subscription business
  • Identify, contact, and convert new prospects across key territories using warm and cold outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subscribers and key accounts
  • Drive growth in corporate subscription packages with regional and global clients
  • Work with marketing and audience teams to analyse reader data and support targeted sales campaigns
  • Help develop ideas and input for marketing initiatives that build the subscription funnel
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance using CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in a subscription or membership-based business
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
  • Excellent telephone manner and confidence in speaking to senior-level professionals
  • Strong organisation, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, and resilient in handling objections
  • Ability to understand and communicate Campaign’s value proposition to marketing industry professionals
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in another Asian language is a strong advantage

Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Country Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management.

In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM

  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code


About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Should Bring

  • At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
  • Result-driven approach
  • Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
