Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Country Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management.
In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Your Impact
- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.
What You Should Bring
- At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Result-driven approach
- Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities

Commercial Growth
- Engagement - Accountable for meeting key performance indicators on monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating our Partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
- Sales Cycle - Proactively introduce, educate and convert Partners on to Fresha’s payments solution.
- Market Trends - Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions.
- Partnering - Have a pool of Partner accounts serving as a dedicated advisor for all your Partners assisting them on their journey to product adoption.
- Advisor - Advising Partners on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Business Partnering - Ensure a strong Partner Experience through building relationships by attending video meetings with your pool of Partners and effectively communicating the Fresha features and benefits.
- Relationships - Build key internal relationships with our Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and handover of Partners through the Partner journey.
- Collaboration - Collaborate with our Product teams to provide important product feedback to help enhance future releases.
- Persuasion - Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and requirements and have the ability to upsell and cross-sell the Fresha Platform.
- Experience - 3+ Years experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Account Management role
- Adaptability - Shown to be commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets
- Analytics - Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes
- Curiosity - Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve
- Teleprospecting - Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position preferred
- Communication - Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills

- Take a sales driven role to achieve assigned sales targets and generate sales revenue for the company
- Establish a close and trustful relationships with existing customer, including Telco partners, aggregator and internal customers .
- Achieve sales targets and KPI (revenue, margin and number new account) on each product assigned by team head.
- Responsible for developing new businesses and strategy partnership for Voice & A2P SMS wholesale cooperation
- Develop a market and sales strategy to achieve targets with the management of existing partners
- Coordinate with different departments in setting up pricing strategy, improving and developing product offerings and coordinating marketing events
- Business travel is required to attend international conference, maintain customer relationship and develop new business overseas.
- Promote and enhance company brand image by demonstrating sustainable professionalism on works.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Communications/ Marketing/ Business Administration or above with at least 3 years experience in telecommunications industry preferred
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities
- Demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management
- Knowledge of Telecom Technology and Product Portfolio in wholesale market
- Previous sales achievement is preferred as reference
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management
- Ability to interact and work effectively with a broad range of China Telecom functional areas
- Outgoing, aggressive, responsible and proactive character
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Travelling is required

Job Description
NIQ Sales team is focused on growing revenue, finding new business opportunities and market penetration. Sales is NIQ growth engine which is instrumental for the company’s success.
You will execute sales for new customers and existing accounts in own scope, securing a solid sales pipeline for IA/consumer products and solution and developing new revenue opportunities.
You will be responsible for supporting a sales team in all business development efforts. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and other teams to support driving sales and growth across a given scope.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales for new & existing accounts in own scope for IA/Consumer products/solutions securing a solid pipeline and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
- Support to manager and broader sales team in business development and current account expansion efforts and acquisition of new accounts:
- Sales intelligence and lead generation
- Invoicing, contract management and reporting
- Develop solid understanding of our IA/consumer solutions; our customers, their industry/business to support the planning and execution of sales plan.
- Prospection and market analysis for potential clients.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience within the market research or consumer insights industry.
- Proven sales acumen with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a consultative sales environment.
- Solid understanding of the consumer and panel research industry, including its business models, products, services, and solutions.
- Strong awareness of regional and local market trends, and how these dynamics impact client needs and business strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Fluency in the local language is essential for effective client communication and relationship management.
