We are seeking a talented Accountant to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the CEO, COO and CFO. You will be responsible for managing finance roles, setting up accounting systems, and reviewing financial statements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations and the ERP system, including payment validation and recording non-trade expenses.
  • Ability to automate transactions reconciliation and arrange international payments via bank and effectively managing account receivables and account payables
  • Strengthen internal controls, work processes  and ensure efficient financial procedures.
  • Liaise with external international group auditors for statutory audits and tax filings (IFRS)
  • Effective data management and data analytics
  • Exposure to private-equity-liked management, integration and work style
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting-related experience.
  • Qualified ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent internationally recognized accounting qualification preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of the ERP system is highly preferred.
  • Open minded, able to accept new concepts and innovation
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
