We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth in this competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance sales; Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the insurance industry, preferably in Hong Kong.
- Past experience as an RO of an insurance broker in Hong Kong
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of life insurance products and the needs of different customer segments, including local market and MCV market; Familiarity with Hong Kong’s insurance regulations and market dynamics.

About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Reservations Department in Hong Kong, the Reservations Sales Agent is responsible for recording and processing all room reservations made by phone, email other booking platform and online chats efficiently and accurately. Convert all reservation inquiries to sales where possible to meet hotel targets. The Reservations Sales Agent reports to the Reservations Manager.
As Reservations Sales Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle hotel reservations inquiries through multiple platforms
- Data input into the PMS system in the correct format as set in the PMS Operational Manual
- Ensure communication with other departments is well maintained with information which pertains to them
- Prepare various reservations related reports
- Organise correspondence and group reservations
- Upsell hotel services including but not limited to restaurant reservations, Spa and fitness offers that delights our guests.
As Reservations Sales Agent, we expect from you:
- University graduate
