What your day will look like

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries across email, phone and chat
  • Execute outbound sales & marketing campaigns
  • Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results
  • Work directly with marketing on campaigns
  • Research information about prospective customers
  • Generate a multi-million pound pipeline
  • Identify prospects and market trends
  • Help define the processes and policies for the team
  • Liaise with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings whilst actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities
  • Accurately create, update, maintain and nurture leads on global opportunities

The Role

This is a fast-paced, business development role where you will work on several client projects at once. There is a clear focus on outcomes — leading to transferable skill development in project management, sales, negotiation, client relationship building, psychology and more. As a growing startup, our roles are always evolving and you will get to experience a steep learning curve.

  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate sales-ready leads for performance clients and book meetings for legacy clients you’re assigned to work with.
  • Proactive outreach and follow-ups to prospects via the phone or with customized videos
  • Qualify prospects through needs analysis, budget and purchase authority (BANT)
  • Logging interactions & documenting market feedback as well as insights in SalesOS
  • Manage and maintain the contact database by enriching data within the CRM (SalesOS)
  • Focus on outcomes to meet weekly and monthly activity sales targets
  • Provide weekly updates and insights to CSM / team lead for the monthly strategy meetings
  • Building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide customized recommendations & suggest an improvement for better results
  • Attending weekly GC meetings and daily huddles to sync with other team members
  • Stay up to date with the latest cold email outreach trends and implement best practices
  • Continuous improvements in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales results

Were looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can identify, qualify, and engage miners from the CIS region to join our mining pool. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the mining market, knows what motivates individual miners and large operators, and thrives in cold outbound communication. This role isn't just about finding contacts its about building a systematic flow of qualified connections through channels like Telegram, forums, email campaigns, and social media.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and attracting miners across the CIS region
  • Creating and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, Telegram, forums, social platforms)
  • Handling inbound inquiries and managing objections effectively
  • Qualifying leads and handing them over to the sales or onboarding team
  • Analyzing performance metrics and testing new strategies
  • Streamlining and automating lead generation workflows

  • Understanding of the crypto mining landscape; knowledge of ICPs (from solo miners to hosting providers) is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with a good grasp of lead generation KPIs

This role will be based in Hong Kong.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will assist in generating new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and/or driving various outbound campaigns and creating the pipeline for the growing business in the region.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Qualify and develop inbound and/or outbound sales leads
+ Run campaigns to generate new sales prospects
+ Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM tool
+ Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts and define the best strategy to approach new leads
+ Schedule demonstrations between account executives and potential customers
+ Use the best social selling techniques to identify sales leads and be able to prospect into them
+ Manage a high volume of calls with decision makers to identify the "pain" which could be addressed by LinkedIn's business solutions
+ Responsible for the majority of the Account Executive pipeline
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in a metrics-driven sales or client facing role or 3+ years of experience in a metric-driven or client facing role
+ Business fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English 
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working with Salesforce.com, Dynamics or other CRM platforms
+ Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
+ Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
+ Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
+ Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
+ Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

Responsibilities

Account Research

  • Researches accounts and identifies key personas
  • Acquires Key/Targeted Personas through a variety of available tools

Customer Communication

  • Generates interest, qualifies leads and creates pipeline growth via phone calls, emails and social media in assigned territory

Territory Management/Strategy

  • Develops leads to stimulate business development, coordinating second level meetings/calls for Account Executives
  • Leverages teammates (Managers, Inside Sales Associates and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging in order to drive opportunities and prospecting activities
  • Monitors social web for sales opportunities and leads

Cross-Functional Team Coordination

  • Follows up on campaigns and provides detailed feedback on the success of each campaign to our Sales Management Team and Marketing Managers
  • Actively participates on Regional Sales Team calls/meetings
  • Engages with Marketing for Regional Events support

Reporting

  • Records and documents all calls, emails, meetings, tours and activities in SFDC
  • Reports on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative

Building Customer Relationships

  • Establishes relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts and prospects

Requirements

  • Minimal one year of Tech sales related experience
  • Prior experience in using CRM tools
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Working rights in Hong Kong without Visa sponsorship preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in both English & Mandarin
