- Valid Hong Kong license for client visits.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); AutoCAD knowledge beneficial.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Existing network in Hong Kong’s construction industry.
- Familiarity with local competitors and suppliers in scaffolding/formwork.

Being part of the Sales team with the biggest lift and escalator portfolio in Hong Kong, the incumbent is responsible for executing and monitoring Service Sales activities to achieve sales target and beyond.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Defend existing portfolio and maintain good customer relationship by conducting sufficient and effective customer visits.
+ Develop, expand and maximize business opportunities.
+ Actively participate in sales programs to boost up sales results.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs, promptly responds to customer enquiries, and liaise with field experts to resolve issues.
+ Prepare sales proposals and tender documents.
**Requirements:**
+ Degree holder in any discipline. Major in Engineering or Sales & Marketing an advantage.
+ Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience. Experience in lift industry an asset.
+ Good planning and negotiation skills.
+ Aggressive, proactive, and positive.
+ Strong desire to excel and win.
+ Customer focus, able to come up with solutions and have strong sense of responsibility.

- Identify business opportunities with new or existing customers to develop contemporary logistics systems and automation technology.
- Build customer ownership, perform business development and support functions.
- Conduct business calls & generate leading pipelines.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.

- Tertiary education in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- 2 years’ or above experience in engineering / automation / manufacturing / logistics industry, technical sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Aggressive, self-driven & result-oriented, able to work independently & under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin.
