What’s the role about?

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Implement sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Key Account Management:
  • Manage relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction to achieve sales target
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key clients and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive and manage daily operational & sales activities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and service for key accounts
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and deals closed
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Job Profile

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficient in data and information management
  • Fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be involved with sales quotations, pre-bid document preparation, product presentation, and end-user training. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepares accurate sales quotations to Dealers or End-users and sends them via email and Sales Force (CRM).
  2. Responsible for updating the price list, accessing, and updating quotation status in Sales Force (CRM).
  3. Seek approval of quotations from the Manager and discuss other requirements as requested by the dealer/end-user.
  4. Manage events, end-user seminars/training, and product presentations.
  5. Prepare pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements.
  6. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
  7. Decide when to escalate customer concerns/issues to resolve them effectively.
  8. Maintain online sales documentation on the Esco HK server, including creating/updating training materials (PPT).
  9. Build strong relationships with customer contacts through effective teamwork.
  10. Provide sales, application, and technical support to the team.
  11. *Conduct end-user training and medical seminars.
  12. *Promote Esco's services to customers at their locations.
Requirements:
  1. A Diploma or Degree in Embryology, Science, Engineering, or other relevant scientific fields.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  3. Applicants with relevant sales experience in other scientific areas are encouraged to apply.
  4. Laboratory experience, including working with standard laboratory equipment such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, fume hoods, etc., is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  6. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial , savvy and people-oriented individual to join the team as a Sales Executive whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager or Country Manager (depending on the structure of your team).

This role is critical within the business, ensuring that they have an overall view of everything sales related at each of the assigned locations. They will support shaping and implementing current and new sales strategies, and scale revenue to the next level.

Working closely with the Country Manager and each Location Manager, you will be supporting to guide and oversee all sales related activities. The ideal person will have an excellent understanding of each location we operate in, as well as the coworking industry, local competition, be able to build lasting relationships, be a strong brand ambassador, and have the ability to strategize the best next steps to take.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Assist the team to drive all sales related activities across the Country
  • Consistently work towards ensuring all spaces have a 100% occupancy rate
  • Exceed sales targets individually and collectively with the sales team
  • Identify and develop a strong pipeline of potential members for short and long term growth
  • Receive and review all enquiries for your locations and respond to (by the location teams or yourself) within 30 minutes (within operating hours)
  • Coordinate and communicate with teams in each location to increase lead generation efforts.
  • Knowledge of availability across the locations you are responsible for, and ensuring each location is communicating/referring potential leads to one another
  • Collaborate with the People Team to ensure effective training is given to Community team members and assist with training when needed.
  • Ensure all information shared on weekly and monthly members counts are up-to-date
  • Ensure the master tour log is updated, and all sales leads are followed up
  • Ensure the sales metric is present whilst managing each location's occupancy rate, discounts and other information
  • Ensure the discounting bandwidth/structure in place is carried out in all locations
  • Administrative support for both members and team
  • Help to analyse and understand what the competition is doing, and how we can do better
  • Assist to ensure all upcoming terminations are followed up with a renewal proposal
  • Look into current sales and pricing strategies, what improvements can be made - tailored to each location
  • Conduct tours for leads and private offices over a certain set and agreed number of people.
  • Support operations team where needed with the aim to provide our members excellent service.
  • Build and assist with managing broker relationships and assist with broker payment processes and sales
  • Assist to compile data requested from your management team, which they can analyse to support business decisions in your market
  • Check prices and contracts are up to date on all platforms
  • Be forward thinking and plan for any challenges that may be faced

Requirements

  • Degree holder, Masters or MBA would be an advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development capacity - Startup, coworking or related experience would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of your country's market
  • Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders alongside managing a small team
  • Commercially savvy and financially astute, ideally with a strong working knowledge of a P&L and balance sheet
  • Possess an international background, well travelled and prior work experience with a diverse team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese is a plus
  • Passionate about sales, business development and partnerships
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Target driven and a natural salesperson

  • Seek approval of quotations from the Manager and discuss other requirements as requested by the dealer/end-user.
  • Manage events, end-user seminars/training, and product presentations.
  • Prepare pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements.

  • Decide when to escalate customer concerns/issues to resolve them effectively.
  • Maintain online sales documentation on the Esco HK server, including creating/updating training materials (PPT).
  • Build strong relationships with customer contacts through effective teamwork.
  • Provide sales, application, and technical support to the team.
  • *Conduct end-user training and medical seminars.
  • *Promote Esco's services to customers at their locations.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma or Degree in Embryology, Science, Engineering, or other relevant scientific fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Applicants with relevant sales experience in other scientific areas are encouraged to apply.
  • Laboratory experience, including working with standard laboratory equipment such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, fume hoods, etc., is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working well under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required to accommodate stakeholders in different time zones.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial , savvy and people-oriented individual to join the team as a Sales Executive whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager or Country Manager (depending on the structure of your team).
This role is critical within the business, ensuring that they have an overall view of everything sales related at each of the assigned locations. They will support shaping and implementing current and new sales strategies, and scale revenue to the next level.
Working closely with the Country Manager and each Location Manager, you will be supporting to guide and oversee all sales related activities. The ideal person will have an excellent understanding of each location we operate in, as well as the coworking industry, local competition, be able to build lasting relationships, be a strong brand ambassador, and have the ability to strategize the best next steps to take.
Role And Responsibilities

  • Assist the team to drive all sales related activities across the Country
  • Consistently work towards ensuring all spaces have a 100% occupancy rate
  • Exceed sales targets individually and collectively with the sales team
  • Identify and develop a strong pipeline of potential members for short and long term growth
  • Receive and review all enquiries for your locations and respond to (by the location teams or yourself) within 30 minutes (within operating hours)
  • Coordinate and communicate with teams in each location to increase lead generation efforts.
  • Knowledge of availability across the locations you are responsible for, and ensuring each location is communicating/referring potential leads to one another
  • Collaborate with the People Team to ensure effective training is given to Community team members and assist with training when needed.
  • Ensure all information shared on weekly and monthly members counts are up-to-date
  • Ensure the master tour log is updated, and all sales leads are followed up
  • Ensure the sales metric is present whilst managing each location's occupancy rate, discounts and other information
  • Ensure the discounting bandwidth/structure in place is carried out in all locations
  • Administrative support for both members and team
  • Help to analyse and understand what the competition is doing, and how we can do better
  • Assist to ensure all upcoming terminations are followed up with a renewal proposal
  • Look into current sales and pricing strategies, what improvements can be made - tailored to each location
  • Conduct tours for leads and private offices over a certain set and agreed number of people.
  • Support operations team where needed with the aim to provide our members excellent service.
  • Build and assist with managing broker relationships and assist with broker payment processes and sales
  • Assist to compile data requested from your management team, which they can analyse to support business decisions in your market
  • Check prices and contracts are up to date on all platforms
  • Be forward thinking and plan for any challenges that may be faced
Requirements
  • Degree holder, Masters or MBA would be an advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development capacity - Startup, coworking or related experience would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of your country's market
  • Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders alongside managing a small team
  • Commercially savvy and financially astute, ideally with a strong working knowledge of a P&L and balance sheet
  • Possess an international background, well travelled and prior work experience with a diverse team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese is a plus
  • Passionate about sales, business development and partnerships
  • Excellent leadership qualities

Job Responsibilities
  • Assists in developing new businesses and with workplace solutions for commercial real estate. Works under the direct supervision of experienced sales professionals or team of sales professionals in a training capacity.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; a cheerful, outgoing, and self-motivated team player
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Cantonese speaking is esstinal.
