Being subsidiary 100% of Eco Compteur SAS, Eco Counter Limited is currently looking for Sales Executive to work on projects with our clients in Hong Kong. Eco Counter Limited’s clients are mainly Hong Kong governmental departments in charge of natural areas, parks & gardens, pedestrian and cyclist infrastructures, commercial districts, tourism, smart city etc. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of dynamic team in growing field, working on projects with purpose and truly seeing the impact of your work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Explore and generate new business through prospecting actions
- Conduct meetings with local Hong Kong government authorities, institutions and other public agencies
- Guide prospects and clients toward the best adapted solution for their data needs
- Establish a network of contacts and new projects participating in conferences, events, and meetings
- Project support and liaising between sales, spec/technical team and customers
- Assistance for the installation and maintenance work with ongoing projects in Hong Kong
- Hong Kong permanent Resident
- University degree in relevant field (environmental science, outdoor recreation, planning, or business)
- 2 to 3 years experience in consulting, sales, account management or business development. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Cantonese as native language and strong communication and presentation skills in English. French is a plus.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly and effectively in-person or virtually
- Interest in active transportation, outdoor recreation, active transportation, natural areas
- Highly motivated, curious and driven individual that is eager to learn
- Actively listens client needs and identifies potential opportunities
- Comfortable working autonomously to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and diverse projects
- Enjoys creative problem-solving and continuous improvement to processes and operations
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
- 5-day work week

Responsibilities
- Responsible in driving of Vision Care sales, promotion and development in the assigned territory to reach company goals.
- Develop and execute the annual business plans for the customers under his/her responsibility:-
- Proposal of annual terms of trade
- Promotion planning
- Activation support and tracking
- Ensuring compliance of annual business plans
- Account profitability
- Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external).
- Quarterly and Yearly business review for top customer accounts.
- Sales call planning and perform regular field visits with consumers to achieve objectives on sales, distribution and merchandising at store level.
- Prepare weekly sales report and sales forecast by customer.
- Continuous analysis of accounts’ performance to identify gap and opportunity to drive growth.
- Analyze / to feedback market intelligence like competitor activities, new product launch, retails price and sales related information.
- Comply with corporate / local guidelines, internal procedures, local law and regulations.
- Report complaint or adverse event within 24 hours of initial complaint awareness.
- Account Receivable.
- Certificate/Diploma from renowned college
- University degree from a renowned university is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales with a reputable FMCG, Healthcare or Optical company.
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
- Sharp negotiation and influencing skills.
- Understanding of the retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
- Networking and strong orientation towards customer management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English).
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:- Prepares accurate sales quotations to Dealers or End-users and sends them via email and Sales Force (CRM).
- Responsible for updating the price list, accessing, and updating quotation status in Sales Force (CRM).
- Seek approval of quotations from the Manager and discuss other requirements as requested by the dealer/end-user.
- Manage events, end-user seminars/training, and product presentations.
- Prepare pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales professional. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales targets, particularly in the financial or public sector . Experience with system integrators is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Generation & Expansion : Drive new business opportunities while supporting and expanding existing client accounts, particularly in the financial or public sector .
- Sales Targets & Pipeline Development : Take full responsibility for incoming orders, sales growth, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Ensure consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.

- Market & Customer Analysis : Conduct regular analysis of the market, customers, and competitors. Provide insightful reporting on business development progress and create qualified decision-making templates.
- Campaign Participation : Initiate and participate in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Experience :
- 10-12 years of experience in sales, business development , within the information technology sector, with a focus on project, solution, or product sales .
- Proven experience working with system integrators and managing clients in either the financial or public sector
Technical Knowledge :
- Strong technical understanding of information and communication technologies and experience designing flexible, cross-portfolio solutions based on customer needs.
- Target-Oriented : Ability to set, track, and exceed sales targets, with a structured and goal-oriented approach to managing client engagements and business opportunities.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Experience in informal leadership, managing interdisciplinary teams for complex projects and bids. Leadership experience is a plus.
- Customer-Focused : Strong customer orientation with a high level of initiative and lateral thinking to design creative solutions for clients.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders in a clear and target-oriented manner.
- Bid Management : Competence in bid management, preparation of proposals, and coordination of resources across internal departments.
Educational Background

Job Overview:The ideal candidate will be involved with sales quotations, pre-bid document preparation, product presentation, and end-user training. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepares accurate sales quotations to Dealers or End-users and sends them via email and Sales Force (CRM).
- Responsible for updating the price list, accessing, and updating quotation status in Sales Force (CRM).
- Seek approval of quotations from the Manager and discuss other requirements as requested by the dealer/end-user.
- Manage events, end-user seminars/training, and product presentations.
- Prepare pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Decide when to escalate customer concerns/issues to resolve them effectively.
- Maintain online sales documentation on the Esco HK server, including creating/updating training materials (PPT).
- Build strong relationships with customer contacts through effective teamwork.
- Provide sales, application, and technical support to the team.
- *Conduct end-user training and medical seminars.
- *Promote Esco's services to customers at their locations.
- A Diploma or Degree in Embryology, Science, Engineering, or other relevant scientific fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Applicants with relevant sales experience in other scientific areas are encouraged to apply.
- Laboratory experience, including working with standard laboratory equipment such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, fume hoods, etc., is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working well under pressure.
- Strong business acumen.
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required to accommodate stakeholders in different time zones.
- Ability to travel overseas.
