  • Ability to develop CXO level relationships within SMB sector and meet allocated sales quota.
  • Successful & demonstrable Enterprise Product/Platform sales experience.
  • Expert presentation, analytical, meeting management, process definition, and communication skills.
  • A willingness to travel and spend sufficient time on the road to understand the business and regularly interact with teammates in the region and at corporate.
  • Comfortable using CRM – Salesforce experience highly desirable.
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and process driven.
  • Highly adaptable and excited to operate in a fast-paced environment where the rules are often being defined just in time.
  • Highly collaborative and great with people; will be a good listener and create relationships quickly with colleagues and partners in the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through outstanding service, selling skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain high product knowledge and presentation standards as a Damiani Brand Ambassador.
  • Develop and cultivate a new client base and manage existing client relationships.
  • Assist clients with their service needs, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Adapt sales approach based on client needs and motivations.
  • Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
  • Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
  • Support in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
  • Ensure each client receives outstanding customer service, including greeting, acknowledgment, and product knowledge.
Daily Boutique Operations:
  • Follow all security and operational policies.
  • Assist with merchandising, displays, and inventory management.
  • Participate in inventories and audits.
  • Support special projects as needed.
  • Report daily activities to HQ and local management.
  • Contribute market insights and competitor activity information.
