We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as Prestige Sales Leader/Manager (Cross-boundary), reporting to Branch Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans for the Prestige Banking Centre to achieve the assigned business targets, as well as direct and manage the operation of the centre to maximize service quality and productivity
- Develop relationship management systems and implement various customer loyalty programs to maximize customer loyalty and monitor customer attrition rate
- Organize product briefing, experience sharing and role play sessions to enhance team members' product/ investment knowledge and selling skills
- Manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and controls, loss identification and reporting by observing the relevant policies and guidelines issued by the Bank and the Group
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
- Holder of HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred
- Proven sales experience including managing the portfolio of high net worth customers
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; high proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers and manage complex interactions effectively
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
- Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

**Retail Distribution**
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 255 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as **Platform Sales Leader.**
**Principal responsibilities**
+ Formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans to achieve the assigned KPIs as well as to improve service quality and productivity
+ Identify potential customers and groom them into Prestige Banking customers to maximize the customer loyalty and satisfaction
+ Assist to manage and enhance capabilities/professionalism of the sales staff and provide coaching/support to them
+ Obtain customer feedback and handle complaints in a professional manner
+ Organize various promotional activities for acquiring new business
+ Keep abreast of latest compliance requirements and recommend remedial actions when necessary
**Requirements**
+ University degree in a related discipline is preferred
+ At least 3 years of sales experience in the banking industry
+ Good leadership and coaching abilities
+ Sound judgment and strategic planning skills
+ Proficiency in both English and Chinese
+ Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
+ High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
+ Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
