Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Initiate and develop sales leadership training strategies to drive agency growth, focusing on increasing active recruiters and young leaders.

- Design and deliver tailored training programs (both in-person and online) to improve advisors' sales and client service competencies.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships within agencies for effective management.
- Ensure accurate monitoring of training logistics, records, and performance reports.
Successful candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in developing, training, and educating sales teams in the financial products sector. Direct sales experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, business operations, and agency distribution systems.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application in training development.
- Expertise in basic and advanced sales techniques and curriculum development for training delivery.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering end-to-end training programs, both face-to-face and online.
- Experience in sales and leadership training specifically for MCI agents in both Hong Kong and China is highly critical.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is required.

Role Description
As a Sales Director (CIS) , you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and expanding our market presence. You'll play a key role in shaping our regional operations, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the CIS region, considering market specifics and trends.
- Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving long-term business success.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Track and analyze key sales KPIs, providing regular performance reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize customer experience and business outcomes.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales (preferably in crypto, fintech, or IT).
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building, managing, and motivating teams.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English (Advanced);
