Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads by conducting pre-call discussions to understand their needs and requirements.
- Support the Sales Team with order processing, inventory management, and data consolidation.
- Provide administrative assistance for sales events and overall back-end operations.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate delivery schedules, and process orders by preparing purchase orders and invoices.
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to generate reports and assist in preparing sales presentation materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient task completion.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accurate and reliable information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experience with Salesforce, sales operations, or administration is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Polite, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A proactive team player with integrity and accountability, eager to learn and grow in a high-performing environment.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

Located in Hong Kong’s WestK, we are one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Assisting the Senior Manager, Museum Retail Sales and Business Development in daily front-of-house retail operations;
- Supporting retail supervisors with monitoring daily sales activities, staffing schedules, and productivity;
- Helping to maintain smooth operations on the sales floor;
- Coordinating basic client requests, internal orders, and service needs to support sales efforts;
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly sales reports and updates for management;
- Liaising with the IT team for minor system issues and trouble shooting;
- Supporting communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders as needed;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Be a university graduate or possess a diploma in a relevant discipline;
- Have 1- 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multinational or customer-facing environment;
- Be familiar with retail point-of-sale systems (e.g., Xstore) and basic SOPs;
- Understand basic cash handling procedures and be willing to learn staff scheduling and performance tracking;
- Be a quick learner with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset;
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure;
- Be organized, dependable, and eager to develop problem-solving skills;
- Be flexible to work irregular hours or shifts when needed;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Have good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

This role would best suit someone with a solid 5 + years of B2B Sales and Account Management experience and fluent MANDARIN . The role is fantastic in that you will be working with some of the most influential families and their children, helping them navigate the University education application processes for the top universities globally. In this role you will manage the entire business operationally and will have plenty of autonomy to steer the organisation and help it scale . There is networking to do , partnerships to establish and terms to negotiate . This is a Business Development role with a difference and is an exciting opportunity for the right person
TITLE: Mandarin speaking Head of Sales & Operations
LOCATION : Singapore or Hong Kong or UAE or the UK
WORK STYLE: Hybrid (part office based and part wfh)
DIRECT REPORTS 1 person initially
SALARY : £120,000 per annum (comprised of base of £0k + salary “ uplift of additional £8 per annum)

The company provides post-secondary preparation and admissions guidance to students aiming to enter the most competitive universities in the world. The core business services are advisory, mentoring, and academic planning for students and their families
THE ROLE : 1) Manage the company’s commercial growth,2) oversee global service delivery that will allow the growth of the business
DUTIES
In this role you will work very independently and will be trusted to manage and grow the business operationally whilst ensuring that clients are provided with an outstanding level of client care. Clients tend to be high-net-worth families looking to help “future proof” the careers of their children . You will develop warm and trusting relationships with these families and help the young students navigate the often complex university application processes. This role is regarded as a key appointment for the business
Business Development & Account Management (Business Development is 60 % of the role)
- Network at the highest levels in order to create a commercial pipeline
- Introduce the service and liaise with private schools across the USA, HK , the UK and in Singapore
- Provide advice on University application processes, what to expect and advise on how students should prepare themselves
- Negotiate partnership agreements with schools and colleges
- Ask for referrals from satisfied clients
Operational work (25%)
- Train and mentor new joiners and set “ delivery “ targets
- Report on sales revenues against forecasts
Take on specialist tutors (10%)
- Recruit specialist tutors , all their onboarding and performance tracking
- Coordinate capacity planning in collaboration with Education Manager
Quality Control (5 %)
- All dispute resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree from top University
- 5 yearsexperience as Account Manager withconsultative B2B sales
- Proven experience of closing high value commercial deals

This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Assisting the Senior Manager, Museum Retail Sales and Business Development in daily front-of-house retail operations;
- Supporting retail supervisors with monitoring daily sales activities, staffing schedules, and productivity;
- Helping to maintain smooth operations on the sales floor;
- Coordinating basic client requests, internal orders, and service needs to support sales efforts;
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly sales reports and updates for management;
- Liaising with the IT team for minor system issues and trouble shooting;
- Supporting communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders as needed;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Be a university graduate or possess a diploma in a relevant discipline;
- Have 1- 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multinational or customer-facing environment;
- Be familiar with retail point-of-sale systems (e.g., Xstore) and basic SOPs;
- Understand basic cash handling procedures and be willing to learn staff scheduling and performance tracking;
- Be a quick learner with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset;
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure;
- Be organized, dependable, and eager to develop problem-solving skills;
- Be flexible to work irregular hours or shifts when needed;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Have good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
