About Reap
Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be the strategic and operational backbone of Reap's commercial organization.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build scalable systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable growth across Reap's three Business Lines — Card Issuance (CaaS), Payments API (Connect), and Reap Card/ Pay (Direct).
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where analytical precision meets operational execution. You will play a key role in shaping how Reap's commercial engine scales globally and how teams align under a unified revenue motion.
What You'll Do
Drive Sales Excellence
Build, document, and continuously improve sales processes to increase conversion, velocity, and forecasting accuracy.
Audit and enhance CRM workflows in HubSpot , ensuring full adoption, hygiene, and reporting accuracy across all sales teams.
Establish clear metrics frameworks and dashboards to measure rep productivity, pipeline health, and revenue contribution per employee.
Build the Revenue Engine
Design scalable cross-team workflows that align Sales, Marketing, and CX under shared revenue metrics.
Partner with Marketing on lead scoring and attribution; with CX on expansion and churn insights; and with Finance on forecasting and reconciliation.
Support data-driven GTM planning, headcount models, and resourcing for business line growth.
Operationalize Strategic Initiatives
Own process design for lead management, deal stages, and account assignment across all business lines.
Enable new product and market launches in collaboration with BizOps, Product, and Finance.
Support quarterly planning, revenue reviews, and sales cadence reporting.
Enhance Tools and Insights
Manage and optimize Reap's sales tech stack (HubSpot, lead generation tools, Notion dashboards).
Create scalable automations and data flows between tools to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
Provide actionable insights that turn data into decisions — not just reports.
Champion Team Enablement
Deliver training and onboarding programs for new and existing sales team members.
Develop playbooks and resources to improve sales consistency and best practice adoption.
Foster a culture of accountability and operational discipline across the team.
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy or related fields within high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech companies.
Strong command of HubSpot CRM and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, GSheets).
Proven ability to improve data integrity, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.
Experience building alignment between Sales, Marketing, and CX teams.
Excellent communication skills, with comfort in presenting insights and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience supporting fast-scaling organizations, ideally during Series A–C growth.
Bonus: familiarity with stablecoins, Web3 clients, or embedded finance platforms.
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to RevOps model transitions (Sales Ops → RevOps).
Experience working with multi-market teams (LATAM, Asia, or EMEA).
Hands-on expertise in CRM architecture and sales tooling integrations.
Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or analytics is a plus.
What You'll Get
Opportunity to shape the operating foundation of a global fintech during a scaling phase.
Exposure to leadership-level strategic planning and direct influence on go-to-market success.
A culture that values proactiveness, experimentation, and ownership.
Hybrid working flexibility with a distributed, high-performing team across Hong Kong, Singapore, LATAM, and beyond.
