Responsibilities:
Lead the Sales Performance Management function in budget control, sales incentive management & sales performance reporting for Swiss Privilege Business
- Align planning, forecasting and budgeting initiatives with business objectives
- Manage sales analytics/tracking, and delivery of all sales performance reports
- Enhance the manner in which data is collected and reported, including sales automation solutions
- Prepare proposal for sales campaign/special request etc. by performing financial modeling, scenario & sensitivity analysis, and design of related validation criteria
- Perform monthly reconciliation on all accounting entries for Distribution unit, and monitor the expense position against budget
- Administer contract with external vendors, from negotiation, documentation to approval
- Generate regular sales campaign evaluation/validation reports for Sales Management's review, include benefit & payment tracking
- Support annual budget review & business planning
- Assist in the identification of solutions and technologies that drive sales efficiency & business growth
Support annual sales planning and compensation review for Swiss Privilege
- Prepare annual sales planning deck, include market insights, data collection, performance analysis and actions to achieve goals
- Participate in annual sales compensation review, include competitor/gap analysis, income projection and cost modelling
Maintenance & enhancement of guidelines & procedures for Swiss Privilege
- Development and ongoing review of sales performance guidelines & procedures for the objective of meeting both regulatory and internal requirements
- Ongoing review of current business rules, process/workflow for continuous process improvement
- Assist in Change Management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment/models.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- University graduate, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business related disciplines
- Min 10 years working experience, with 3 years at management level in Insurance industry
- Proven and successful experience in managing a cross-functional team for achievement of sales objectives and targets
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and have proven planning skills and executive presence
- Ability to analyze complex information and data, translating findings into actionable deliverables or strategies
- Good understanding of life underwriting & policy servicing process
- Working knowledge of life AS400 would be an advantage
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
- Details oriented, with good analytical & problem-solving ability
- Positive winning attitude, ability to maintain composure in stressful and uncertain situations

- We are looking for a Head of Sales Operations to join Preface, a global Tech-Enabling Company that revolutionizes Tech Education for Corporates, Schools and Individuals.
- The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and is a critical part of Preface’s sales organization. This role is both strategic and operational—responsible for enabling seamless Commercial Operations across-functional collaboration with business administration, content creation, operations, training and delivery to ensure our sales team is set up to perform at its best, every day of the week.
- You will build and lead the Sales Operations team, driving process design, lead management, post BD success, cross-functional alignment, delivery, and data reporting. Your work will directly impact the success of our B2B and B2C business streams by improving sales efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring operational excellence.

- Build, train, and develop Sales Operations team to support the Commercial Operations of Preface
- Provide support and continuity on Commercial Operations to ensure 7 day coverage
- Provide strategic support and manage key relationships and referral channels
- Support alignment between Sales, Operations, Branding, Content, Marketing, CEO office, and Tech
- Work with Operations team to create class schedule and facility timetable to identify opportunities for filling up, new classes, and events
- Create and formulate the requirements of the sales process to ensure seamless handover to Sales Operations, Operations, Content, and other business functions
- Streamline workflows and business administration to ensure post BD success
- Understand sales process and requirements of new business for B2B and B2C Commercial Operations
- Support the Chief Commercial Officer in improving sales efficiency and business priorities
- Help design, manage and execute lead management strategies and provide supporting reports and dashboards for sales commission calculation and prevent disputes between salespeople
- Formulate and executes new strategies to generate new leads for Preface
- Support Commercial Team to deliver quarterly targets above targets
- Genuinely passionate about technology, education, and lifestyle learning
- 7+ years experience in commercial, business development, and/or project management role
- 2+ years team leadership experience and resource management responsibility
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding project delivery targets
- Strong business acumen, project management, influencing skills; flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to learn
- Humble team player prepared for a fast pace environment
- Fluent in English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferable

M+ is a museum dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting visual art, design and architecture, moving image, and Hong Kong visual culture of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Located in Hong Kong’s WestK, we are one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. The museum reflects our unique time and place, building on Hong Kong’s historic balance of the local and the international to define a distinctive and innovative voice for Asia’s twenty-first century.
This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Assisting the Senior Manager, Museum Retail Sales and Business Development in daily front-of-house retail operations;
- Supporting retail supervisors with monitoring daily sales activities, staffing schedules, and productivity;
- Helping to maintain smooth operations on the sales floor;
- Coordinating basic client requests, internal orders, and service needs to support sales efforts;
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly sales reports and updates for management;
- Liaising with the IT team for minor system issues and trouble shooting;
- Supporting communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders as needed;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Be a university graduate or possess a diploma in a relevant discipline;
- Have 1- 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multinational or customer-facing environment;
- Be familiar with retail point-of-sale systems (e.g., Xstore) and basic SOPs;
- Understand basic cash handling procedures and be willing to learn staff scheduling and performance tracking;
- Be a quick learner with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset;
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure;
- Be organized, dependable, and eager to develop problem-solving skills;
- Be flexible to work irregular hours or shifts when needed;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Have good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
