The Job
1) Plan and organize local/ overseas agency incentive events, including:
- Organize and execute local/ overseas agency events such as Conventions, sales meetings, luncheons and dinners
- Manage program logistics
- Monitor program progress and results
- Handle agency enquiries
- On-site event management (floor, front and backstage, control panel)
- Manage part-time subordinates at events
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes
2) Manage industry awards, including:

The Person
- Degree holder in Marketing/ Communication/Business Management with at least 6 years of relevant experience

- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)

Scope of Services
- Work closely with our commerical team to formulate joint campaign plans.
- Analyze all on-going campaigns, including weekly tracking of performance
- Support, manage and coordinate campaigns, in-app media assets with commercial & marketing team
- Assist in developing product cataloging, tools, and tactics to optimize customer experience on dmart platform
- Other ad hoc services as required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Able to work at least 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
- Undergraduates or graduates in any discipline with experience in Canva
- Good command of English, Cantonese
- Good PC knowledge and skill in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Hard-working and willing to learn
- Good communication and presentation skills

Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (social, digital, offline).
Deep understanding of social media trends and Gen-Z culture.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Hands-on experience with paid media, analytics tools, and social platforms.
