- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Enterprise Solutions on Digital Transformation including Data Capturing, RPA / BPM, EDMS, HRM, Mobility Solutions
- Sales Coverage of strategic accounts with specific domain replications
- Explore C-Level contacts to ensure transparent communication on adoption of FUJIFILM Digital Transformation Solutions
- New Technology Update with C-Level to arouse interest for new projects with FUJIFILM
- Identify customer requirement – work closely with presales to understand and capture details requirement through process assessment study
- Provide demonstration / Proof of Concept (POC) – Interpreted Pre-Sales POC Demo, translation from technical angle and present in customer understanding workflow language to visualize the capabilities of proposed solution
- Work closely with Pre-sales team and solution vendors for business opportunity, solution design, support service and project proposal
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines is preferable
- 2-3 years relevant sales or presales experience in the ICT industry is preferable
- Experience in selling RPA / BPM / Capturing solutions is preferable
- Experience in selling ECM / EDMS / Mobile / Workflow solutions is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for “Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant”
- 12 days' annual leave

The Solution Consultant role is responsible to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Sales organization. As a member of this team you will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of requirements analysis, solution development, in depth product demonstrations, to transition professional services.
This role is the trusted advisor for presenting the NetSuite product to software clients during the sales process. An ability to understand business process flow with strong technical and presentation skills is essential for success in this role.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and prioritize sales opportunities in the Product based verticals - Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing and Retail
+ Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite's applications to all levels including line of business managers and "C" level executives
+ Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
+ Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities
+ Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the NetSuite solution on a daily basis
+ Perform needs gather and requirement analysis for new customers

**Responsibilities**
**Qualifications/Skills:**
+ 8+ years in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle for deals in ERP, CRM, SRP and Ecommerce applications for organizations preferred
+ Must have experience with financial application package and thorough understanding of accounting principles
+ Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
+ Previous application experience in one or more of the following desired: Infor, SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, INFOR, Lawson, Epicor, Great Plains, Microsoft AX, JD Edwards, Lawson.
+ Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
+ Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying process
+ Successful quota achievement
+ BA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience
+ Some Pre-Sales Experience is preferrable.
+ Candidates with industry or implementation experience but with an aptitude for Pre-Sales are open to apply

We’re looking for a high-energy, client-centric Sales Executive to drive business development among SMEs in Hong Kong , helping them unlock growth through influencer marketing. This is not a SaaS sales role — your focus will be on selling campaign-based services , from one-off KOL campaigns to ongoing content partnerships. If you’re passionate about social media, understand the Hong Kong business landscape, and love closing deals, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close influencer marketing projects with SME clients across industries like F&B, retail, wellness, fashion, and e-commerce
- Build and manage your own client pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-ups
- Understand client needs and tailor campaign proposals using our KOL database and case studies
- Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction after closing
- Educate potential clients on the value of influencer marketing and how it can support their business goals
- Maintain accurate tracking in our CRM and report regularly on sales performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or account servicing experience (agency or media background preferred)
- Proven ability to sell creative/marketing services, not just products
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong’s SME ecosystem
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with autonomy
- Bonus: Experience working with F&B, lifestyle, or retail clients

What’s the role about?
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Implement sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Key Account Management:
- Manage relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction to achieve sales target
- Understand the needs and requirements of key clients and provide tailored solutions
- Drive and manage daily operational & sales activities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and service for key accounts
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and deals closed
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in data and information management
- Fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
