- 10+ years of related experience: Senior technical sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-specialist teams, coaching solution specialist and account development strategies, leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
- Proven track record and experience leading large sales and technical specialist organizations, selling and delivering complex solutions to enterprise customers

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice on our scaffolding and formwork solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include client meetings, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the technical team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and convey technical details to clients
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly with scaffolding and formwork, is beneficial
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous
