This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Assisting the Senior Manager, Museum Retail Sales and Business Development in daily front-of-house retail operations;
  • Supporting retail supervisors with monitoring daily sales activities, staffing schedules, and productivity;
  • Helping to maintain smooth operations on the sales floor;
  • Coordinating basic client requests, internal orders, and service needs to support sales efforts;
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly sales reports and updates for management;
  • Liaising with the IT team for minor system issues and trouble shooting;
  • Supporting communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders as needed;
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

You Should

  • Be a university graduate or possess a diploma in a relevant discipline;
  • Have 1- 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multinational or customer-facing environment;
  • Be familiar with retail point-of-sale systems (e.g., Xstore) and basic SOPs;
  • Understand basic cash handling procedures and be willing to learn staff scheduling and performance tracking;
  • Be a quick learner with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset;
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment;
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure;
  • Be organized, dependable, and eager to develop problem-solving skills;
  • Be flexible to work irregular hours or shifts when needed;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Have good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

The challenge is to:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key advertisers and partners including the leading media agencies in Hong Kong and major CPG brands
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Build and complete strategic sales plans to achieve media sales targets using creativity and media expertise
  • Sales Targets: Deliver against established revenue sales targets, maintain and manage the overall sales pipeline for DFI Media
  • Industry Connections: Establish and maintain relationship with all leading media agencies in Hong Kong (OMD, PHD, GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas etc)
  • Team management: lead a team of sales managers in Hong Kong, mentor the team members, set individual targets and improve individual team contribution
  • Market Analysis: Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Pricing and Sales Incentives: Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales incentives to maximize profitability and competitiveness while meeting customer expectations
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team performance targets
  • Competitor Monitoring: Monitor and assess competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies, tactics, and positioning accordingly
  • Marketing & PR: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build professional networks

Do you have experience in Digital Marketing and related field?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred
  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Hong Kong
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a strong sales track record, ideally in digital marketing, media, e-commerce or SaaS solutions
  • Experience in the retail media industry is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the retail media landscape and market dynamics in Hong Kong including expertise in optimizing media plans and serving as media consultant to our client
  • Knowledge in digital marketing across channels including performance marketing (Meta, Google, Programmatic), CRM (Salesforce, Braze, Insider, GAM) and affiliate marketing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on experience with proposal creation and pitch presentations
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve high performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese is mandatory

  • Sales Targets: Deliver against established revenue sales targets, maintain and manage the overall sales pipeline for DFI Media
  • Industry Connections: Establish and maintain relationship with all leading media agencies in Hong Kong (OMD, PHD, GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas etc)
  • Team management: lead a team of sales managers in Hong Kong, mentor the team members, set individual targets and improve individual team contribution
  • Market Analysis: Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Pricing and Sales Incentives: Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales incentives to maximize profitability and competitiveness while meeting customer expectations
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team performance targets
  • Competitor Monitoring: Monitor and assess competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies, tactics, and positioning accordingly
  • Marketing & PR: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build professional networks

Do you have experience in Digital Marketing and related field?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred
  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Hong Kong
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a strong sales track record, ideally in digital marketing, media, e-commerce or SaaS solutions
  • Experience in the retail media industry is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the retail media landscape and market dynamics in Hong Kong including expertise in optimizing media plans and serving as media consultant to our client
  • Knowledge in digital marketing across channels including performance marketing (Meta, Google, Programmatic), CRM (Salesforce, Braze, Insider, GAM) and affiliate marketing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on experience with proposal creation and pitch presentations
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve high performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese is mandatory

Sales & Operations Administrator

Sales Administration

  • Create, prepare, and issue quotations, invoices, and credit notes for new and existing customers using systems like Zoho and Xero.
  • Draft and manage all renewal quotations for annual fees, including SaaS, support plans, and other recurring services.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, leads, and sales deals within the Zoho CRM system.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and customer contracts.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining internal documents like product lists and staff contact information.

Financial Administration

  • Manage accounts payable by recording bills and settling payments using Xero.
  • Maintain organized digital records by uploading all financial documents—including quotes, invoices, and bank slips—to SharePoint on a daily basis.
  • Keep financial spreadsheets for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and vendor records updated.
  • Monitor and track outstanding customers payments, sending reminders and notifying the sales team as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial tasks, such as assisting with vendor registration for tenders and managing contract renewals.

Operations and Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs by managing quotations and communicating approvals after payment confirmation.
  • Handle stock management, which includes ordering from suppliers, labeling products, and preparing them for the Operations Manager.
  • Track and document the start and end dates for all annual customer fees in coordination with the Customer Service team.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a role involving sales administration, finance, or operations coordination.
  • Proficiency with Xero accounting software is required.
  • Experience using a CRM platform; specific experience with Zoho is highly advantageous.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel and SharePoint for data management and documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Technical Support) and external vendors.
